Expansions
How long has Expansions Publishing Company, Inc. been in business?
Over twelve years. Janet officially began Expansions Publishing Company, Inc. in 1990 when she
published her first book, In Search of Yourself: The Beginning.
How many full time employees work for Expansions?
Janet and Stewart are the only full time employees of Expansions.
How many part time employees work for Expansions?
While we currently do not have part time employees, we do have a tremendous support system. These
include a webmaster, graphic artist, cameraman, video producer, sponsors, and people who open
their homes to us when we travel.
About Stewart & Janet
What religion are you?
The same as God-Mind.
What organizations are you affiliated with?
None.
Who do you rely upon to teach you?
Self, Oversoul, and God-Mind.
Are you vegetarians?
No.
Do you believe in channeling and other New Age information?
No, the "New Age" is a government disinformation program designed to keep people from
finding the truth.
Are you both still programmed?
Yes. Most programmed people can never expect to be fully deprogrammed in the context
of one lifetime, although we actively work on self-deprogramming.
Are you government agents?
If we were, we would not answer this truthfully, so it is a silly question to ask.
Why are you allowed to do the work that you are doing?
There have been many attempts to stop us. It is our mind-patterns that allow us to
do our work. At this time, the Illuminati want people to know information about them to help
bring them into the public eye.
About Email
Do you answer your own emails?
We both personally answer every email that comes into us. If for some reason you do
not receive a reply within two weeks, please resend, as there is always the possibility that
it got lost in cyberspace.
Do you answer all emails?
Generally speaking, yes. However, if it is nasty or an email that we consider inappropriate
in any way, we may choose not to answer you.
What about Unknown Senders?
If you do not identify yourself we may or may not choose to post your email.
Do you post all emails that come into you
If we take the time to answer them and think that they will be helpful to others,
we will post your email without your name and email address unless you specifically ask us
not to.
Do you open downloads?
We delete all automatic downloads. We delete all regular downloads after we read your
message. If you have something important for us to see, you may fax it to us or send via regular
USPS mail. We do not open any internal links in the emails you send us.
Do you review articles and other websites?
On occasion we do, but generally speaking we do not have time to look at everything you send.
You are welcome to write a synopsis of an article or website and we may decide to comment based
upon this.
Do you review others' work?
On occasion, but generally we prefer not to comment on the work of others. We prefer
that you make your own decisions.
How many questions and emails can I send in?
Please use your discretion. We receive hundreds of emails every week. Leave some time
for everyone's questions.
Do you answer Instant Messages?
We never answer Instant Messages as this takes away from our work. Please send a regular
email or if it is an emergency, phone us.
Phone Calls
Do you answer your phone calls?
We answer all phone calls. If you have not received a return call within one week, please try
again. Sometimes messages are lost or difficult to understand. If you do not have an answering
service, we will try to call two times. If we still do not reach you, we will wait for you
to call again.
What about emergencies?
If you have an emergency and must leave a message, please state the nature of your
emergency to help prioritize our return phone calls.
Will Stewart call me back?
No. Stewart does not take personal phone calls of any kind. He receives hundreds of requests
from people who want to speak to him for "just 5 minutes." A five-minute phone call does not
exist. Most likely, Janet will be the one returning your calls.
Orders & Return Policy
How long does it take to receive my order?
Depending upon workload and travel schedules, the time varies from 2-4 weeks for product, 2-6
weeks for written reports. Everyone and every report is scheduled on a first come, first served
basis. If your report involves an archetype, it must be created, sent to our graphic artist,
and returned to us for approval. Once the report is written it is then edited, printed, and
sent via regular US airmail.
How do the Color Therapy and Little Fluff orders work?
Your order is received online and processed. Once the order has been processed and payment has
been accepted you will be contacted by our webmaster and given userid and password to the Color
Therapy lessons or The Little Fluff Series eBooks. This can take up to 4 weeks.
Why don't you include Shipping and Handling Charges on the site?
We do not post S&H charges because we ship so many different items to so many different places,
both internationally and domestically using a variety of packaging materials, that it would be
cumbersome and inefficient. It would mostly likely prove not to be cost-effective for either
our clients or Expansions. If you wish to know your S&H charge
either prior or after placing your order, just contact us and we
will let you know. If your credit card is declined when we try to post the S&H charges we will try to contact you through the email you gave when you made your purchase. If you do not respond, you will be charged a re-stocking fee for products and you will receive a refund for the rest of the funds.
What is your refund policy?
We do not give refunds. All sales are final. We will replace any defective product. Please think
carefully about the choices you make. If your credit card is declined when we try to post the S&H charges we will try to contact you through the email you gave when you made your purchase. If you do not respond, you will be charged a re-stocking fee for products and you will receive a refund for the rest of the funds.
What if I cancel a personal consultation?
If you miss your phone appointment, there is a 50% cancellation fee. If you cancel your appointment
at the last minute and we are not able to fill your space, there will be a 50% cancellation
fee. Please choose the date and time of your consultation wisely, mark it on your calendar,
be sure that you know the appointment time for your time zone, and have the consultation phone
number so that you call promptly. Our schedules are always very full and we want to ensure
that you do not miss any of your scheduled time. If we have to cancel your appointment,
you may choose either to reschedule or receive a full refund.
