Hi Janet and Stewart!
I posted earlier about sexual connections to which Janet provided a wonderful answer. I was just wondering, do these people we had contact with in past lives become recurring figures in our present lives? And if so, is this why why we relate and sometimes feel like we intimately know these same individuals? It's just that I feel like I've known my brother and my friends for eons and am curious about my past lives.

I think I might also want to delve into the Simultaneous Existences DVDs this summer.

I am very intrigued by your mind-pattern answers to diseases and conditions. They all seem to make sense (even your dream interpretations). Do you have a consolidated area or book where you have all mind pattern ramifications listed? I am assuming since you never answer people's questions to refer to this dvd or that book that you do not. I did a quick google site search and mind-pattern comes up 198 times on expansions.com and the phrase "what is the mind pattern" only 59. I am just curious if a reader out there already put this list together?
Stewart's Reply: If you go through the list of books and DVDS on this site and read the descriptions, you will find what you seek. They are all not in one spot, but spread out through my work.

I get hundreds of inquiries daily so cannot possibly go into details with all of them. This is why the books and DVDs are out there for your references.

Regarding a forum for the site...I completely agree with you Stewart. I can honestly say that I have NEVER seen a single forum on the net that didn't have ego driven maniacal idiots that made it so unpleasant to visit that I do not subscribe to any forums. Forums and many blogs are a cesspool for the ego mind to rant. People take things out of context, throw their own beLIEfs into their interpretations of what others say, and ooze self righteousness from every pore. What is you feeling about the new scalar wave soft laser healing machines that are becoming quite big now. I am aware of all the mind control implications but these bio feedback machines gave me some relief when I had a session recently.

In talking about his recent overreaction to the Shirley Sherrod requested resignation, "Obama noted "there's still a reptilian side of our brain" that leads people to not trust others if somebody sounds different or looks different."

Stewart's Reply: Each person need to store whatever they know they consume. Everyone is different. We always like to have at least 2 weeks worth on hand.

We don't use dried vegetables. We get our fresh organic produce from our local farmers.

Thanks for your suggestion to spray distilled water/hydrogen peroxide mix on garden plants to combat mold. What is the best ratio to use? FYI our organic vegetable gardens in southern coastal Maine and southwest shore (Atlantic coast) of Nova Scotia are the best in 11 years, due to hot, dry summer here in the maritimes. We had the earliest spring in recent memory which has extended into early and long, hot summer. You are probably right about winter 2011. Everything balances out but we are enjoying summer while it lasts!

Will it be possible in this lifetime to extend our lives and overcome ageing? It seems illogical that we reach our peak at 30 and then within a coupl of years slowly start to deteriorate. It would be wonderful if we could reach our prime and then live that way for a hundred years.

Would the "Ultra-Protection Technique" alone, be completely effective to completely shield or block surveillance or transmittal of audio-visual of RNM ( Remote Neural Monitoring)of/to us ? Another question!
Now & then i have "questionable" food/drink item in my hand and i want to consume it [hunger, thirst etc]..so I do the Imoto thing and breath nice words on it, thank it, even apologize to it and wonder if its changing the molecules, as water does. I wont abuse this idea :0, but in emergencies, do u think it works?

I was reading the "Washington Post" this morning when I read the following lead paragraph on a story about an FBI "Cheating Scandal." "...The Justice Department is investigating whether hundreds of FBI agents cheated on a test of new rules allowing the bureau to conduct surveillance and open cases without evidence that a crime has been committed." So, I find it interesting that the point of this artical is about cheating FBI agents and NOT that the FBI now has carte blanche to conduct surveillance and open investigations without a shred of evidence that a crime has occurred!

I have taken most of the health stuff Stewart recommends for about 8 months now, recently he advised me to take balance. So I am on my 2nd bottle and noticed this black stuff coming out my pores all over my body its not obvious but its there the only way to get rid of it is through scrubbing with sea salt and an exfoliate. I am a externally clean person who has always bathed twice a day. The only thing I can put this down to is to Dr Yu balance that is really cleansing me inside and out along with sea salt baths. I seriously recommend balance I also bath in MMS once a week.

Smart Chickens say No to GMOs

Ours avoid the commercial feed, and actually have pecked in between the mixed grains, avoiding the corn and various others. They run around eating grass, bugs, compost, etc.....and now we must pay double for "organic" feed, trusting thats what it is! But the animals know, as does my cat. So we are promoting locals to start raising our own food ASAP, and what a time consuming job it is, very few WANT to be small farmers. Cuba got it on only after the rations ran out, after being cut off from the world. Lucky them now! everyone grows something, good idea..

I am so, so sorry to report to you, if you have not already taken note, that approx. 800,000 gallons of oil has been spilled from a creek now heading in the direction of the Kalamazoo River. Weird Smell

After a rain here today (N.Idaho), I noticed a weird smell that I've never noticed before. Hard to describe but almost like a moldy or mildew smell. It reminded me of the stench that the former Upjohn pharma plant would spew out over the city of Kalamazoo. It has been hot & dry here so I'd doubt that one rain storm would create mold/mildew. W/the Gulf oil fiasco in mind has anyone else noticed anything similar? Most gardens here aren't doing very well unless they used hoop houses & started early. I've had prolific organic garden harvests past years but sadly won't happen this year. Thanks
Stewart's Reply: I have also had a report from Spain on this exact issue. It appears to be a mold that is being sprayed into the atmosphere that is killing plants and making people sick.

farmers who sell organic eggs and DO NOT feed their chickens any organic soy or canola. Its best
to ask the farmers exactly what "organic" feed they are being fed. Thankfully the farmers are

Just read some of the Q&A and see there is confusion about presidency successors. If you view a video by Dr.Orly Taitz, an attorney, who filed a lawsuit in CA about Obama's elligibility. The order cited is correct when a legitimate president is in office. Dr.Taitz claims, because Obama was not a legitimate pres. (because he is not a natural born citizen), the rules change and another election would have to occur. It would not go to VP or Speaker. Diet Changes

Hello Janet and Stewart. I just wanted to report that I have almost completely removed milk and wheat products on your recommendation from my diet and I don't miss or crave either of them!

I do have questions about Dr. Yu's formulas. Would Constitutional Enzymes help to reduce growths in the body such as uterine fibroids? Also, which one would be best to help combat depression? Thanks and I can't wait to try the formulas.

Aug 1st Walmart will have "skews" on their clothes to prevent shoop lifting. However the skew on the tag can be cut off BUT there is one in the clothes so they can scan you, your home, your habits!!! They also will have in a scaner in their stores to "watch you" just walking through. Can also read your electronic passport and enhanced drivers license through your purse or clothes.......plus being scanned there they will track you in the store, your home and even your garbage!!!!!!!!!!

Hello Stewart & Janet, Here's another reason to avoid a strict vegetarian diet: the actress Gwyneth Paltrow posted on her website that she has osteopenia, a bone weakening disease. She's only 37 yrs old, & way too young to loose bone density. There's speculation her condition was caused by her vegetarian diet. Thanks!

Hi Janet,
When a female is giving off sexual freq as you responded in an earlier post, does that mean the female's root chakra is highly active? Are females aware of this or mostly not aware? Depends I assume.

I am glad this came up because I use to wonder why am I 'somewhat' attracted or sexually attracted to a female that really wouldn't be considered my appealing. Does this also apply for the opposite; females attracted to males because of the male giving off sexual freq?

A couple of days ago i became ill for some reason (Emotionally and physically) i found myself fighting with my girlfreind and then walking to the store to buy beer wich i had started drinking (even though i was sick)...and i thought to myself this is'nt me! So i used your affirmation: "My mind pattern is invincible" i repeated it over and over and i suddenly turned around walked back home, made up with my girlfriend, went to bed (placed myself in "Brown") and felt so comfortable and relaxed, fell asleep, woke up completely WELL!

Irrespective of a birth certificate, Obama can never be president, even by his own words. The basis of this is the legal requirement that a president be a natural born citizen. Devvy has fully explained these issues. Ergo, no law he signed has any effect in law, as if it never existed. This unfortunately, makes Nancy Pelosi the President, I believe. Ugh! Several weeks ago anohter reader asked about W. Riech's experiments. I have been fascinated by his work and inventions for several years and, being an engineer, have been tempted to experiment with building similar devices but have resisted due to fear and financial reasons.
Is there any truth to the principles underlying Riech's claims, the "joe cell", "cloud busters" and the like? There is so much to learn and to do, I don't want to spend time following dead ends!

Dear Stewart,

There is one thing that the movie INCEPTION is making clear, we are at the crossroads now and it is time to chose. Either we stay in lala land and evolved right into a fascist state, or we start waking up (and not by committing suicide) and allow for ourselves to honour our heritage as human beings!

I also find that had David Icke done a trailer to it, people wouldn't just sit there and think "what nice movie", when they are being told "dude, you're already asleep!".

Hello to you all, I wanted to add a bit more to the previous review for inception. Firstly, the film music was horrendous for the entire 2 hours and 45 minutes - so i would also advise protection before it starts. (I only used violet). About the actual content. Im not repeating what was already said. But I will add that it was disinforming as usual. They made the process of "Inception" seem so complex! People were perfectly confused! Instead of focusing on the fact that the operation was a perfect success, viewers were more concerned with HOW it was done. Definitely the desired effect. ac_gomez2@hotmail.com

Hi Stewart,
I went to go see the movie "Inception". Please use the merger. This movie was an excellent example of how the NWO works from the astral place to influence the physical reality. I am not sure if all the concepts are correct but it helped me to understand how all the different realities influence each other. They explored various themes of time & space. They also explored how our subsciouness influence all that we do in the physical and other realities. It really made think of how powerful we can be if we open our mind for ourselves and not for others to influence.

What are your views on a completely black couple in Nigeria,with no genetic connection to the white race giving birth to a blond blue-eyed baby?According to them,they have absolutely no white acestors on both sides and even if they did,then the child should not be blond blue-eyed,but fairer skinned.The child is also not an albino.
I have also seen other news of black parents having completely white babys but have never seen the white parents having black babies.There are also black people with blond hair and other with blue eyes.

Hi Janet: I wanted to experience God's unconditional love for me so on my way to work one day this week, I visualized my body in the colour of pale pink. Well, that day was almost magical where everything seemed to flow and things went my way without any help from me. I could say the day felt almost 'miraculous'. Can this be a result of imagining oneself in the colour pink? What else can we use this colour for? Thanks once again for your great insights!!
Janet's Reply: Yes, it certainly can be a result of your mental work. However, so you know that it is not simply a "coincidence" I suggest that you continue to test this color on and off throughout the next few weeks so that you can continue to gather your data to make an informed choice.

There is a young kid that my mother has been taking care of. He is often so sick because of his short stomach, most of his life has been in a hospital bed. Whenever he is well enough, my mother brings him to her home to play. So I decided to do a healing technique for him, I asked for permission from his oversoul. Before I could even close my eyes to enter oversoul communication, his oversoul said NO with such force. I was almost taken back by it.

So it is always important to ask for oversoul permission before doing any healing work.
Janet's Reply: Yes, health issues exist for a reason. If you take away the lesson of another, he/she does not learn and you become responsible for his/her learning.

Concerning oral health care: I have found that the MMS oral care routine recommended on the MMS web site works wonders. Actually like it better than the mouth wash, although that is good, too.

Janet's Reply: People today are not trained to take hallucinogenic drugs. Indigenous people did not just take drugs. They went into long-term training and preparation for these journeys of the mind.

Janet's Reply: A product our dentist recommends and we use is by Dental Herb Company called "Tooth and Gums Tonic". It is a great herbal mouthwash.

However most people who have gum disease have deeper issues within their tissues. I would also suggest adding Dr. Yu's Health Formula of Balance (which is available on our site).

Ultimately, you need to look at the mind-pattern that created this condition in the first place and the contributing mind-pattern, etc. Consider a Personal Consultation at some point to put yourself on a healing path specific to you.
Seeing Colors & Archetypes

How long does it take for an individual to actually see the colors and archetypes. Especially the colors. Reminds me of that saying.. there is more that meets the eye, yet... . I've come across people that could see mine, just like you. How come I can't?! I don't even try hard. The only color I've seen with my actual eyes is medium green. It was very odd cause it happened once within multiple sessions of the same marijuana. Everything was a medium green. (this was before I found your site) I could SEE the green as if I was looking through green glasses. Isn't the astral realm red?
Janet's Reply: Everyone already sees everything, but due to "selective sight" (just like selective hearing) people are trained to "look past" them. What we do is re-train your consciously acknowledge what you are already seeing.

It definetely helps with visualization and having a better understanding of the size of the tetrahedron and octahedron. Noticed the 3D version has the points arranged slightly differently than the template... there isn't a 'fixed' position for having either the 2 points in the front and the the 1 in the back on the tetra, does this apply to the octa as well? as long as you visualize the size and being filled with violet your mind does the rest correct?

I hope you guys are doing well. These past weeks, there has been many thunderstom and tornado warnings. Luckily with the Ultimate Protection always around us and our house, the storm did not hit us badly. Thank you for teaching the Ultimate Protection, it always works. Yesterday Night's storm for wisconsin or today for Michigan passed by really heavily. Where we use to live, a few blocks away, a sink hole formed, and a car fell into the sink hole. More and more sink hole are beginning to appear around the Milwaukee, wi area. Is this a sign of something?

There are many organic hair dyes out there. They are not as effective as the commercial kinds.

Cleaning Distillers

For the person asking about cleaning a distiller, I fill the tray with citric acid/water solution (about 1/7 solution) and leave the tray in place over night. In the morning all the calsification is gone. This works with Waterdist Stat distiller. In Finland, this needs to be done twice a year. In Denmark, once a week. Depends on the water. Cheers!

What they do is listen to the track for 5 minutes, cover their head and experience a psychedelic high. Can't get more blatant than this. Healing Technique

I had a very large and sore purple pus filled lump (cyst or infected lymph node?) behind my right ear lobe, which developed 5 months after getting the lobe pieced. I had this lump for over a month, and was trying to get rid of it but to no avail with tea tree oil and seline solution. Two days ago i started using your techniques in the healers handbook on the infected area, and now only two days later the relentless cyst has suddenly drained and has nearly completely dissapeared. Dear Stewart,
Here last week in Waterbury, CT ---- a 16-year Crosby junior was raped and killed by a 19-year old friend, after refusing his advances, at the base of the 50- foot illuminated cross located in Holy Land USA on July 15 last week. Closed for years now, Holy Land was created in 1958 and represented Bethlehem Village. For years while my children grew up there, we would gaze at that cross illuminated at the top of the hill in Holy Land. I never thought I would see the day of something like this happening. With all the warnings about the Florida area, what about someone who already has plans to visit in the next couple of weeks? If we put ourselves in ultimate protection shouldn't we be safe? And if we did not go, aren't we just feeding the fear? There are no safe places, just safe people.

Hi, as a New Zealander I was alarmed by the "Mt Taupo" reference and its explosion being overdue. I may be wrong but I dont know of "Mt Taupo". There is a string of volcanic mountains through the north island and the lake Taupo region. The lake itself was formed by a volcano, is this the "Mt Taupo" you refer to?
Is there anywhere 'safe' anyway? If the volcanoes dont get you then the acid rain etc will!
NZ feels safer to me than many countries, with low population, relatively unpolluted, abundant natural resources and remote from most of worlds dramas. Thanks for the warning though!
Stewart's Reply: Yes, it is Lske Taupo, which is the crater of the volcano on that mountain.The report referred to this volcano as " Mt. Taupo".

NZ is not very safe at the moment. It may look pretty and pristine, and it is--but it sits on top of an explosive keg.

I live in New Zealand and last night on the evening news there was a segment about Brainwave Entrainment. They focused on the company iDoser and made a mockery of it by first showing people using it wrongly and then claiming its a new "drug".

I've read some of your thoughts about the Monroe Institute, so seeing the deliberate media slander of a similar product confused me. Would you say that the basic nature of Brain Entrainment (binaural, isochronic etc.) is mind control or just the stuff from Monroe Institute? And why the media attack?
Stewart's Reply: This is always associated with programming and mind-control. The media could be slandering it in order to make it enticing. People want what they shouldn't have.

I do Reiki healing not a lot but i would like to start to do more and I used one of your techneques on 3 different people the one out of your healers handbook the one that says God is in you etc and I have had really good results with it is it alright to continue with this. the people have said they feel a lot better.

Stewart's Reply: Sage, especially white sage, has a function of clearing energies. Many people use it to clear out a house before moving in or to eliminate bad energies from entities or harsh guests.
German News Film

Hi! The video that discusses chemtrails essentially says that the German Air Force is admitting to use chemicals to create false clouds that show on radar (to hide planes). They do this using metal-coated plastic driplets, for which health effects are unknown. They allude the technology originates from the US.

What is interesting is that they do this over the most densely populated areas of Germany. Furthermore, the report was probably aired when nobody was watching (given the channel and contents), so it does appear like a controlled leak.

Seems that things aren't any brighter in Europe...

Is it this that is causing the extreme weather in Russia and Europe and elsewehere as well? Just FYI, we hit 99 degrees in Santa Fe, NM today - unheard of in the past! Posted last year, 50 seconds into it, meterologist Karsten Brandt (subtitles) said the german Federal Army "is manipulating the meteorological maps. We can state with a 97% certainty that we have on our hands chemical trails (chemtrails)"

Later, it says "After the first discovery, Karsten Brandt has filed a legal charge against unknowns for weather manipulation".

Exploding Water

woow just finished watching the
exploding water segiment, they were taking samples from the beach water and sand but the worst part of it is. The people there were allowing there children to play in the water and sand that had high concentrations of oil and petroleum. But none of it is safe, it was upsetting and that is one more thing I have to release.. And the worst part of it is, there is media black out on this information in the gulf states, I would know because I live in Florida.
Stewart's Reply: The media is slowly releasing this info, but in ways as to not cause panic. It is a very dangerous situation all around the Gulf. Personally, if I lived in Florida, I would be on the road heading north.

As I’ve read from many sources, yourself included, that ultraviolet light can neutralise implants- would tanning beds, used sparingly, not be an aid for this? (as they emit UV rays)?

I get the feeling that the ‘melanoma moles’ associated with tanning beds may be implants coming to the surface that are mistaken for cancer - ?

The chapter on neat is pretty neat! What is the mind pattern of someone who does not make their bed?!

The protection chapter was intriguing but I'm perplexed why you say that God Mind does not hurt itself? Of course, it is love but obviously reptilians don't care who they hurt and people are always hurting themselves and others.

Or, is it that pain is just an illusion of 5 sense reality as David Icke would put it? Do you have any articles on pain?

I live in the kootenays of BC Canada, and i was wondering if you know of any underground tunneling happening in this area. I live in a basement, and nearly everynight between 2am and 4am i feel a vibrating rumble similar to a very small earthquake tremor, which sometimes even shakes my bed. I also get an unexplanable 'creeped out' feeling that makes me think there could be some ELF happening too.
Also i saw a very vivid blue 'light' or glowing ball of energy manifest in my bedroom doorway, which quickly dissapated when i turned my head to look at it. Any ideas?

Good Morning,

I am new to your site. I was referred. My question is in regards to your posts on BP and the Gulf Shore areas. I moved from the Gulf Coast myself after a cat 4 hurricane in 2004 I truly believed that with the Earth Movement beneath me that the Gulf Coast in Florida Anyway would not be there forever. My instincts told me to go and I am so relieved for that. How long do you feel the people in the Gulf area have before there is a major tsunami or the oil enters the water system? I have this really bad feeling from watching the cap that there will be a ruputure very soon
Stewart's Reply: The oil is not stopped. The cap is a show. That 6 inch pipe did not pollute the Gulf like that. The large fissures, Confirmed by NOAA, are still there and leaking! No one know how long until real disaster happens. Could be weeks or months.

I live in the DC Maryland metro area, and for the past month I have felt tremors around noon. I mentally looked at the area and found that they were expanding a tunnel and or blowing something up. The DC Metro rail system has had a lot of issues. I believe that all of these "accidents", and other failures ( including fare hikes) within the subway system is because of this. They don't want too many people riding Metro. News reporters play the earthquake off as if its nothing and that it happens all the time in California. I believe it also plays into the end time programming as well.

I live in Gaithersburg, MD where the earthquake took place this morning. I woke up a few minutes before it happened and being familiar with earthquakes I knew what has happening. Interestingly enough, last night I happen to notice the moon had a reddish tinge and the sky look somewhat strange. Prior to that, I had also noticed an increase in chemtrials in the area and had also been hearing a low-buzzing sound in the evenings but I knew to surround myself with violet. Something must definitely be up in D.C. Keep up the good work and thanks for all you both do to help humanity

In Virginia 38 mi from DC there was an earthquake (3.6) early this morning.I was already up at 5am when I felt 2 tremors (a longer and a shorter one)and heard the rumbling and the windows were shaking. It lasted about 10-15 seconds. My husband is a deep sleeper but he woke up immediately.This was our first experience of this and hopefully the last one. We used ultimate protection right away. This area is not known for earthquakes.Maybe underground military activity?

Shaker in DC Area
While earthquakes are extremely common in many areas of America, a palpable eathquake in the DC area where I live in almost unknown since records have been kept. The earthquake was minor but produced a nice shake, certainly not a great way to awaken for those of us uninitiated into frequent earth shifts. This may be VERY significant or just an anamoly. I tend to go with significant. Let's see what happens next!

The gluten intolerance, kidney pain, insomnia and headaches are very very common, as are disturbed sleep dry throat. Also general pain in joints and muscles I am in Berkshire England and although I have had this for years young healthy people are suddenly experiencing these symptoms GPs generally are pretty much useless, or deliberately so maybe due to the cost of investigating and treating or helping Any advice therefore would be gratefully recieved.There are plenty of substitute foods available, but, most contain ingredients which can be more harmful than the food being avoided. lindzi.graham@onetel.net

Heat Wave

Hello Stewart - - Since we're moving into a mini ice age, why is it that we are experiencing record-breaking heat throughout the country? Santa Fe, NM is at 7,500 feet altitute, and we should not be getting the heat we've been getting. This is the hottest summer yet. The weather channel predicts we'll get up to 98 degrees this week, and around 95 degrees the rest of the week. This is highly unusual. What is causing such high temps? - Again, thanks for all your info.
Stewart's Reply: Heat in the Summer is normal. This is how it is supposed to be. However, El Nino is fading and La Nina is forming in the Pacific. Whenever this occurs, heat waves form in the interim period, especially in the Northern Hemisphere. It has happened before. People have short memories. When La Nina is complete, it will become drastically colder.

hi stewart my sister is going to start to read yours and janets books qestion is if i do the U.P technique(hyperspace helper) lets say before i go to sleep and without me knowning she also dose the U.P technique,is that safe 2 people who live in the same house both using the U.P tecnique.or should one of us only use it every 4 days...what happens if i use it one day and my sister uses it the next or we both use it on the same day i hope am making sense here!

Hi S&J, I am writing to report on health issues in the border area between Scotland and England (current psycho killer region). I work in a job where I get to hear people's complaints all day long and many are experiencing back and kidney pains, hormonal problems, unusually strong headaches & waking up between 3-4 a.m. Many people are also having dreams of clones or twins. There are also complaints of wheat & gluten intolerance. The ELF hits are very powerful right now (loud!). I am curious if this is worldwide or just affecting this region. Would appreciate feedback. I'm wondering if the very pervasive teaching of Shakespearean material in middle and high school has to do with trigger programming? Some historians point to Shakespeare being perhaps Bacon and/or Elizabeth's child, but who knows. I have a job interview tomorrow for a software developer position, July 15th at 11:00am. What is the best colours to use for a positive outcome? Would surrounding the interviewer and myself with pink and then a layer of violet around ourselves? Along with a positive affirmation? Pink meaning the interviewer is attracted to my talents and then violet to protect from any negative intrusions?

I had the first interview last week with a practical test for writing a software application and now they want me back for a second interview.

walking my dog the other day, during the walk i started the excercises on page 49/50 the hyperspace helper(over soul communication)

With all due respect to scyfy for presenting a nice presentation on the topics discussed, all I have to say is that they didnt really need to spend all that time and energy in going around the world to find out things when they just could of interviewed you for those 2 hours.:) But yes, good show. It was nice to see you on nationalTV. You presented yourself very well. It was interesting how what you said was confirmed on the show;findings of the undergrnd radar machine and the 'metal' lids which was confirmed by the montuakmanor employee when he use to play there as a kid.

I am wondering what is going on with the "new" cap BP has put on the top of this catastrophe in the Gulf and what is the real story? Not much on the news right now except that they have put a cap on it?
Stewart's Reply: The cap is for show. They are not telling you about the 20 mile long fissure just a few miles away from the pipe. That is where most of the oil and methane are being released.

Hello Stewart, I just read that France, one of the most religiously tolerant nations in the world, has banned Muslim women from wearing the burka (the veil). There are over 5 million Muslims in France. This will cause enormous outrage amongst Muslims in France and worldwide. They will feel that their women are being visually raped by the 'infidels' and generally not respected. Hey, I agree with you when it comes to either being jobless or in the military. It disturbs me greatly that there is a selective service that all males 18+ must be registered for.

Could you please correct me if I am wrong but is there a mind pattern for people who consistently choose not to wear underwear? Such as not protecting self sexually?

Stewart's Reply: For the dog, it means she needs a puppy. Get her a companion or a toy that she would like. She must have higher hormones that need to be curbed. Only feed her organic food.

Can you clarify what is really happening during a sleep paralysis episode, where one is conscious, but unable to feel the body or move it right before one wakes up?

Sometimes the chemical does not wear off in time before awakening if you wake up too quickly.

Crazy story! my sister was in a summer camp, and military men came to the camp and brought a movie, which was compulsory for all the children( starting from age of 6) to watch. It was suppose to be about dangers of drugs, alcohol etc. My sister felt very sick after a little bit, and was allowed to leave. She told me that they were showing pretty horrible things that normally would be restricted as adults only.She couldn't stop crying the rest of the day,now she has horrible throat ache and fever out of nowhere. No one is safe anymore! what do you think they were trying to do?programming?

They weren't sure if this was activated by friendly or not so friendly ET.s But, there is military activity building up in this area, with many warships from many different countries. Can you comment on this? They also mentioned that we would be at war with Yemen under terrorist threats, just to be involved in the Stargate. Thx for all you and Janet do.
Stewart's Reply: I have written about this so many times now. Again--it is NOT a stargate! There is a volcanic eruption near there and the tectonic plates are shifting, creating a new ocean in the Horn of Africa. This is occurring very quickly and so scientific vessels are observing this event.

Hi, I saw that some people have been posting their experiences with Monroe Institute tapes. When i listened to one i started having visual distortions (walls looking like liquid) and felt the entire room get an extremely creepy otherworldy feeling about it. The next morning i felt really strange and had blurred vision. Synchronistically i had an appointment with a healer in my area booked for that day... and she ended up having to remove a huge astral snake from my body. The process of getting it removed was quite scary and painful for both of us! I'd say avoid those tapes like a plague!

Stewart's Reply: What happens after you die is not a simple question with a simple answer. It depends on the person. Some go to astral, some hyperspace, some stay Earthbound. Perhaps you should read my work on this.

As for the postings on the internet--all is allowed by anyone. Then they attack the ones they want to shut-up. If they shut people down, it would be too obvious about the control systems.

Stewart, and Janet, please tell me if you know anything about diatomaceous earth? It has been suggested to me for worming animals, and also as an organic insecticide for the garden.
It strikes me as an interesting mineral. It can also be obtained for human consumption,having a high silica content, it has beneficial properties?

I have noticed the last week or so there has been a lot of lion images in the media. I saw an tv advert today for a credit company ( I think ) and it's opening shot was a painting of a group of lions ( 4 or 5 ) sitting together but they all had angry looks on their faces with their teeth showing. Hi Stew, I am so glad that the World Cup in South Africa went along without any world shattering news. Obviously, there would have been localised issues, but the doom and gloom brigade and date fixers of disasters and fear have yet again lost, their predictions of something big happening at the World Cup were almost certain like a terrorist type attack would happen. IT DID NOT, and I am so pleased the whole five week event went wonderfully well and I wish South Africa and Africa as a whole the very best for its future and may it lift the spirits of other nations too.

Triggering Tapes

In regards to Monroe Institute, many years ago I was at a physic fair and the booth next to me was promoting Monroe Institute tapes. They played one as an example and I was immediately thrown so hard out of my body that I fell to the floor. The whole world was spinning and I had no physical control whatsoever. I had three other episodes of the exact same thing happening over the next two weeks. It was not fun. At the time I did not understand what was going on. I agree with Stewart that these tapes are bad news and should be left alone.

You mentioned briefly that the Monroe Institute is a programming centre. I purchased many of the programs years ago but strangely enough never used them. Could I please ask, what sort of programming the monroe institute uses and for what purpose?

Sometimes i wonder , why is that at night we look to the sky and we see the space and the stars. But when the sun starts to rise in the morning, Why the sky turns blue?? Do you know MR. Swerdlow?
Stewart's Reply: At night, with no Sun reflection, the atmosphere allows the light from distant stars to be refracted through gases in the upper layers enveloping the Earth, so we see stars against a dark background.

In the day, the sunlight reflects against the ocean waters into the atmosphere, giving a blue appearance tot he sky.
Pineal Gland

The pineal gland is pretty small; it's about 5-8 mm, as medically taught. In general, when visualizing any archetype, we visualize it there, so is the visualization going to be that small, in essence. Is the archetype's size important, or is it dependent on the focus and intent? I know in meditation where energy is circulated throughout the body, energy just goes where the mind goes. It need not be perfect, just your intent of location is what is key.

Also, that teleconference in June was great. It was easy to note that you and Alex were the most sought by the audience. Great job. Peace.
Stewart's Reply: In hyperspace, size is not important. :) Visualizations cannot be measured using physical reality designations. They are any size you want to make them. The pineal gland is the facilitator and connects you to the non-physical, where the actual work takes place.

I've had a cold/sickness since sunday, For Monday and Tuesday I was visualizing ice blue in and around my throat and nostrils and finishing with brown grounding. However I felt that I was keeping the sickness at bay but it wasn't healing. Then I remembered I had the healers handbook. And I choose two healing exercises toning and visualizations almost immediately I felt better. The very next morning no itchy throat or nostrils, no fever, no headache but now just a runny nose. Just looking over your earlier Q&A and remembered that they gave Princess Di a C section for williams birth which is on 6/21,summer solst and it was a full moon, that year. The press reported that Prince Charles had an event to attend, but wanted to be there for Diana when she gave birth and that is why they did the c section. Each morning I balance the T Bar, put myself in violet with brown over the violet. The heat is so intense this year here in the South, I am finding myself having weakness in the legs and extreme sweating early in the mornings or with the exertion of energy during the day. What color could I add to the violet and brown to help keep body temp stabilized?

Checked in on the Al, La, & Tx and people are unable to leave because they have no energy. On the Mexican coastline everyone is heading for the hills.

Starting a bit over a month ago when I checked people here in Santa Fe for chemicals there were a lot of radioactive ones showing up. It has been slowly increasing in intensity. I immediately visualized the merger symbol and became ill head to toe for 20 minutes. You've told me many times about my NWR programming but this is the first time I've really experienced what it can do. The image of JC has never had this effect so I figured I could handle it in the future. Gulf disaster... you've stated it's not a volcano (mud volcano?) but the stuff in the sea is red not black. As there is a complete media blackout we haven't seen clear pics of oil in the coast. Some videos supossedly showing a black coat of oil covered by sand seem to be fake. Even the pics of animals affected always lack an oily scape context. Random black cookies in beaches could very well have originated in any of the aprox. 2000 platforms. The spraying of corexit is real as a threat to human population. Is there a chance that this is a staged semi real event? Thanks for your work, Stewart.

The reason the oil is red is because it comes from a depth in the Earth where it is that color due to methane and benzene mixtures.

I live on the gulf side of Florida with little opportunity to relocate quickly. I am trying to prepare a bit... just in case... due to the catastrophe in the gulf. Can you tell me whether an ozone air purifier would be effective in removing toxic gases from the air in my home, and re: water, I know you have talked about making your own distilled water. I think I better find out more about this. A friend has an ozone water purifier connected to her tap. Do you think this is an effective method of removing harmful chemicals from the city water supply? Thanks for your thoughts.
Stewart's Reply: Nothing that you can buy for home use will remove methane, benzene and radioactivity in the quantities coming. The home would be permeated with these toxins. It would be like trying to vacuum all the sand in the desert with a dustbuster.

Ozone water purifiers do not remove chemicals or embedded radon. You will have very clear, toxic water.

Also, how long does it take to see changes in my mind patterns when using them? Do they work immediately or does it take a while for the changes in my thought patterns to change? Thanks!!!!
Stewart's Reply: You can use both together. it is called "stacking". You should see what I have under MY pillows! It's a wonder I don't slide off the bed!

How quickly they manifest is a function of how resistant you are--or not. I find most people see change almost instantly.

Woo-weee, may I just say, thank-you, thank-you, thank-you. I downloaded the UP 3D archetype this morning and it really helps with visualising it! I work early hours and I was on the road at 4.30 this am when a deer (a buck at that) darted out in front of me. I was going pretty fast and I still do not know how I didn't lose control of the car but I slammed on my brakes and it was almost like somebody else tookover, I missed the deer by inches! There is a new rule that it's a felony crime for anyone to approach the oil cleanup area. According to a RumorMill post I read today, the real reason the coast is so off-limits to photographers and reporters is that BP used dirty bombs to drill the rig in the first place, and what is really coming up now is very hot, radioactive. That's why it's being censored so heavily. Most of the clean up people will get very sick from radiation poisoning and they don't want that out. Tell people to stay away!

Stewart's Reply: BP did not use dirty bombs to drill the well. That would not make a hole that deep. The radioactivity is coming naturally from the depths of the Earth, several miles deep below the sea floor.

I have already told people to flee immediately. Most will not listen. I suspect that with a couple of years, all of the clean-up people will be dead from many illnesses.

Stewart's Reply: As you may know, I lived in that area during the time of the murders. I can tell you that Long Island, generally, because of its proximity to water, allows for greater astral energies to manifest.

However, in the case of the Amityville house, most, if not all of that story was a hoax. The family who lived there after the murders created the story for money.

You've mentioned how "moonchildren" are conceived at full moon ceremonies. What, if any, is the significance in being born at the time of a full moon? I know of a number of C-sections and induced labors, claiming to be emergency measures necessary for the safety of the mother and/or baby, that were held off for 2 to 3 days--just when there happened to be a full moon.

These are generationally programmed families. And because of my nursing background, I'm not convinced that they couldn't have waited until full term.

For some, we tend to forget this truth& then we wonder when things are astray. Then one day after all is done and said, we remember that fact but its too late depending on the circumstance. Practice, applying, yes but what is a good way to remember to apply and practice, to keep at it, to not let our minds forget what we understand and know? Yes theres alot of distraction out there, but we shouldnt use that as an excuse imo.

Stewart's Reply: There is no single way to do that. Each individual must know what it takes for them to remember things. Write it down where you can see it, keep one of my books in sight, keep a small mirror handy, etc.

Hi Stewart, first I want to say a big thanks to you and janet for sharing your experiences, knowledge and everything else with the world since it no doubt is done at great risk to yourselves and loved ones. Im going to be 20 in a month and I never thought of myself as a "normal teenager". Never fit in if you get my drift and I eventually stopped wanting to. (Im from the Caribbean by the way) I started delving into the NWO since about 17 and never stopped. never will. Growing Food

I am glad that people are talking about growing plants etc, as our plants started off ok but I started noticing that every couple of weeks we have a day that seems to almost destroy our plants or makes the plants recoil. Their growth is very slow as well. I said to some others that I thought that there seems to be something that wants to stop people growing food ( I received the usual raised eyebrows ).

It has been a bad year for crops. Too much ELF and underground disturbances that affect the growth.

Greetings Stewart and Janet, I have a couple of questions that arose as I was reading your Healers Handbook Journey Into Hyperspace.

You stated that basically the darker the green the farther away from the past. Still though, light green in healers handbook is known to heal the heart. If you use light green can issues from the past come back up? I don't understand. Does it just depend on what your intentions are with the color?

Also, The new york jets use a hunter green, aka "true green", What does a hunter green shade mean? There are many shades of green...

was just wondering if scientists have checked out if any of the methane gases and other toxic chemicals have made there way into the air and are showing up in New Orleans? Since the flare up of tropical weather just a few days ago several of us in our group of friends have been feeling alot of malaise, headaches, respiratory issues, eye irritation and excessive fatigue. We don't seem to know what's causing it. It could just be coincidence or maybe something more. Any info? Keep up the great work.
Stewart's Reply: Yes, there is methane and benzene showing up, even in Florida. In fact, even the tar balls washing up have radioactivity.

Garden Tips

Hi, I just reading several posts on pests in the garden. This is my first year growing veggies, and I love eating off the vine. The taste is so much better and it is so gratifying. BUT, there are lots of pests, and I wanted to share two things that have worked really well for me: 1) coffee grounds to keep the slugs away and 2) a mixture composed of garlic, pepper and oil to spray on the leaves. Recommended to even keep the Dragons away! ;-)

More G20 mayhem! When I was in Pittsburgh with the conference in town it was the same story. Evidence suggests that undercover cops are the ones causing trouble to make an excuse for police crack down.

Like the man in this story, I had a friend near Denver who was put down at gun point for carrying a TOY sword outside on a public street. Not to mention, they are now taking finger prints even for me to cash a check here which I really dislike doing.

Hi Stewart & Janet I could not let the gardening posts pass. I live in the Midwest and have noticed the same things, loss of photosynthesis in the plants I believe due to loss of sunlight via chem-trails which is all creating a toxic cocktail every time it comes down.I do 4 things, use UP first and foremost followed by raised beds, covered with tunnels.I then water the plants w/ clean water. We are already eating tomatoes & peppers early this year.I am working on a poor man's indoor hydroponic system using children's pools and wide light spectrum capable of feeding a family of 4 all year long. privateer1984@gmail.com

From MA: most noticable event is lack of countless varieties of native insects (partly because the birds are very busy in this yard); some native plants are slow; certain purchased, flowering plants are infested by reddish, tan beetles which only eat @ night; some established, flowering plants & bushes are/were slow in blooming; blueberries are ripening; waiting to see what my seeds do as I planted late this year; vegetable plants seem okay so far; had excellent & plenty of asparagas earlier in spring. Conditions have been variable (depending) but seem to be slowing. Much less rain in June.

On the subject of poor crops, my sister works for an international company that tests 'pesticides' (a cover for GM crap etc) This company has experienced a massive demand for services this year, double anything seen in the 12 years she has worked there.

Also a friend of mine in the UK army is about to be sent to the Iranian border, no reason given!!

What's In The Air?

In regards to the gardening post. I am not a gardener, but I have noticed that the foliage just doesn't seem as green as it has in past years, and this is after one of the wettest Springs I've seen in a long time here in Salt Lake. I mentioned this to a friend and she was so shocked that I would bring it up because she had noticed the same thing. I thought it was just me at first so when I read the post I was like "It's not just me!" My thoughts were not enough CO2 in the air, or too much of something else which in this case could be excessive amounts of methane due to the Gulf of Mexico. sekondgoaround@hotmail.com
Stewart's Reply: The methane has not gotten that pervasive yet. I suspect that this may be from radionic treatments of the Earth or from volcanic ash in the atmosphere, or perhaps toxins in the rain water.
Growing Veggies

I understand alot of people are experiencing problems with pests on their gardens this year, I live in Berkshire England and my garden is suffering too, nothing is growing terribly well, all very slow and being eaten alive despite all attempts at remedy. But it is still growing and will still be better than the crap they sell in the megamarkets, so persevere please, every veggie grown is one in the all seeing eye. lindzi.graham@onetel.net

I live in an apt. and only grow vegetables in pots outdoors, but usually my tomatoes thrive. However, this year, they just won't grow in spite of giving them composted soil, plenty of sun, water and nutrient feedings.
I'm aware of the reptllian agenca because of you and David Icke, but what is the Lyran agenda?

"Chakra Spinning" Question: I have several of your and janets books and they are nothing short of a gift from the universe! and they are totally priceless! YOU TWO have been a godsend to me and probably many others!
ANYWAY, my question is when we spin our chakras do we vizualize them to spin and then "STOP" before we move up to the next OR do they keep spinning? (I have been vizualizing them to stop before i go to the next color)

I have a sleep number bed and it is elect. operated, I have had it for a yr. So I dread going to bed, I ache and I am without energy during the day. So unplugging it does this have the same effect as in having it plugged in? What is the best natural bed do you suggest?

Stewart's Reply: Unplugging it reduces the current flow. But there is so much ambient electricity now, that currents will still pass through.

I have been an avid gardener for 38 years, and until this year, I have never seen such pestilentic activity in my life ! There has also been a distinct lack of thriving going on with all my garden,and the tops of my Perennials are all shriveled up. Again I have never seen anything like this,and I am not the only one in the Northwest who is experiencing this. It is as if something is intentionally falling from the air. Do they not want us to be able to grow anything? It has warranted many releasing techniques, because the JOY one normally finds in their harvests, is only to find NO Harvest
