Chilean Quake

Hi Stewart:
A few days ago on Canadian T.V. they interviewed
a Canadian lady in Chile who reported that the sky
was changing ALL kinds of colours while the quake
was in progress. Is this evidence of HARRP or a
natural phenomenom?

Stewart's Reply: In a strong quake, there is likely a natural electromagnetic release from the Earth that may give off colors into the atmosphere. that is what was seen.

However, the artificial ELF/ microwave bombardment of the poles over the last few years is what has caused the tectonic plates to be so volatile.

I wanted to share the fact that I use " Scroogle scraper" and "startpage" as search engines (instead of for example, Google) as these patricular search engines say they scramble the info on the pages you look at so the searches are untraceable (to you) and thus your privacy is maintained. Just wanted to share that with your readers,but was also curious if you know if 'they are watching' anyways...

Dear Stewart,you stated the tsunami caused by the Chile quake is up to 40 meters. Over here in Croatia the media say the height is about 1,5 meters. Did a lapsus happen to you or are they misinforming us?

Stewart's Reply: That info--40 meters--came from a Chilean news service immediately after the quake. It is what prompted the tsunami warnings across the Pacific. These waves hit a small group of islands just off the Chilean coast.

Hello Stewart, It's funny how the other reader thought you were misinformed about the Chile tsunami based on recent tsunami comparisons. However, in 1964, parts of remote Alaska got tsunami run-ups of 9 meters (Valdez), with the maximum at 27.4 meters at Chenega.

You are always a great source of interpretations and news. Please keep it up.
Stewart's Reply: Thank you. I understand the confusion. Not every country in the world gets the same news. There is a lot of censorship and alterations.

Sometimes, an item will appear and just minutes later is removed. We do the best we can with what we receive.

Marie Osmond

I was wondering if you had any comments regarding the suicide of Marie Osmond's 18 yr. old son. I knew Marie's very strange parents and I also was around Donny & Marie when I was in High School. There were many odd things that went on within their home, but the one thing I specifically remember is that each one of their (all the kid's) bedrooms was distinctly a different color (solid bright walls, bedspread, carpet, lamps, etc.) and it was almost shocking to walk into each room because it was so bold. Donny's was purple, I do remember that.
Stewart's Reply: I mentioned this on the site yesterday. These suicides lately are sacrificial rituals. Since there were 2, there will be a third.

The Osmond's are extremely programmed. Marie must be in line to become more important, so a child sacrifice has to be made. We have seen this many times over the years, especially recently.

Now on to my question lol...Stewart, I have been using frankincense to open my pineal gland and it is working well. I just wanted to know why you suggest putting it on the wrists? What is important about that area of the body?

The wrists have sweat glands and pores that allow for absorption of the oil. That's why people put perfume there.

Hawaii has Averted another Disaster!

Stewart & Janet,

First off, I'd like to Thank You for teaching me a great lesson and that's - "There are no safe places only safe people".

Hawaii was very prepared for this potential disaster starting as of last night.

The sirens started at about 6:00am and there was live news coverage of this event.

We were very prepared and lots of well wishes came pouring into the state - especially from those who had loved ones visiting the State of Hawaii.

It is my strong belief that because so many were focused on Hawaii that this disaster was averted.

I want to share my experience with the power archetype,relevant to the template question.After an article of Janet about using the power archetype,I draw it on papers and put it on 3 places in my room!At this time I was working on forgiveness issues and releasing past.Next morning I was dizzy and i felt big pressure on my shoulders and around my neck and so was it in the next 2 days.ALL the people I wanted to forgive started to express harder the things ,that were disturbing me.I felt sick and poisoned.On the 3rd day I realized,what I did and I put the papers down.IMMEDIATELY i felt better.

I find the skin party concept very disturbing. Here is an american article basically saying they are a great way to re-ignite a relationship.

What a load of tripe. These people are obviously not looking at their internal issues and as a result directly aiding the NWO and NWR attempts.

Janet's Reply: Glad you like the affirmations. It is amazing what is hidden within, blocking you from accomplishing your goals. Once these blocks are revealed, you can easily remove them and affirmations are a fabulous place to start.

You can use the affirmations however you like~ write them on note cards, place them about your home, under your pillow, carry them on your person, etc. You can mentally or verbally say them repetitively until they displace the old mind-pattern to create the new mind-pattern that you consciously want.
Your imagination is limitless so therefore the way you implement your new mind-pattern is, too!

I just finished my final shifts at the Olympics and I must say...ELF. Massive headaches during games and while working them. Moreover it doesn't help to work with tyrants supplied by the IOC. Anyhow, I used your techniques throughout the games and I pretty much Brown X'd everybody and used Oversoul...saved my bacon!

Actor Andrew Koenig found dead in a park in Vancouver. This is creeping me out now. Two days ago I saw his missing picture on a newspaper rack and all I could think of was that he had passed. He died from an apparent suicide.

The luger dies, the mother of Canadian Skater (now bronze medallist), Joannie Rochette dies of a heart attack and now this. This all happening during the Olympics.

Is it possible to realease stuff that you are not supposed to be releasing?Because ever since the affirmations,i have been releasing other stuff or colours that are not related to red.Now i'm not seeing any red anymore,but other colours just flow and flow and flow.It's like this huge cloud of heavy dark and uncomfortable colours had ammased at my back and afer the reds,it's just flowing.I have asked my Oversoul for an explanation,but have not received any answer that i can consciously say it was an answer.
Janet's Reply: There could be many experiences that created the red anger energy that you are releasing, so as the excess red releases, the mind-pattern "feeders" are now popping up to the surface. Continue the release work, and tell your Oversoul to show you anything else that you need to know about what you are currently releasing--this could come to you via thoughts, pictures, experiences, or what you read in the newspapers or see on the news. Explore whatever comes into your conscious mind, regardless of how unrelated it may seem. There is most likely a thread staring you in the face that you are not yet seeing. Great results! Are your methods a whole new ball game? From what I see on your YouTube videos; they certainly appear more effective. Why is that? Is it because

Janet's Reply: Level I, II, and III DVDs comprise the Deluxe Hyperspace Collection. These are the levels that comprise our core work that you need to know for certification. We are working on getting our certification tests online for easier access, so watch for them in the next couple of weeks.

A chiropractor (Network Spinal Analysis doctor) once told me that once you make the tone outside of your body that it releases the tone stuck inside of your body. I was just wondering what you thought about this since you have expertise on toning.

If I tone you for correction and balance, I put the tones inside of you via the Oversoul level. If you tone you for correction and balance, then you create the tones from the inside out.

Today I went to the library to look for Blue Blood True Blood. I knew my library didnt have it so I asked them to get it elsewhere. Guess what though? Would you believe that the whole state of Michigan(most of the state) does NOT have this book? The librarian told me that they have to get it from another state, which it will take two weeks or so. I told her that's fine. But thats not the point. The point is, I couldnt believe there wasnt one in the whole state! Are there any Swerdlow readers in MI?!?!?!??!

Under Codex Alimenatarius, every cow on the planet is supposed to be injected with certain hormones and chemicals which makes eating the meat a health hazard. Every cow on the planet would include organic meat also. I understand plants have feelings because of the numerous tests that have proved it, but surely the purpose of fruit, veg, pulses and berries is to feed mother earths children is it not? We so arrogantly assume we are top of the food chain, but it doesnt sit right with me that animals are here for us to fill our bellies, but I would assume plant life is here to nourish & knows it?

I am wondering about our relationship with our animals. I have heard it said that our 4 legged companions will often process the emotional charges we may over flow with or neglect. I question why my dogs seemed to have issues with their teeth. It bothers me that their situation seems to echo my own experience with my teeth. Is there a connection here? Did I give my buddies a poor dental experience?

I was wondering, If I was to take the level 3 certification test.....would this level include the info from the 1st and 2nd level tests?
Also, what does the level three test consist of? Perhaps you can briefly summarize what material is covered on all three?
The reason I ask, is because I would like to know if Im qualified to take it. If not, then I will attempt the 1st or second level certification test.

on plants (all kinds). The result was that
they hurt when they are picked, killed or

Thank you for the invaluable insights from my Name Energy Scan. I fully understand that my assumed last name is not a match to my frequency and has to go.

Does false life imprisonment[being framed] heavily salted with sexual punishment and torture justify suicide?

You yourself have stated suicide is acceptable in exceedingly dire scenarios
Stewart's Reply: NO! Suicide is never justified unless death is imminent anyway. If an asteroid were inches away from destroying the Earth and all life, I would say that suicide is justifiable. But in any other circumstances, you need to fix what you have created.
McCain-Palin

McCain announced Palin 8/30/08. Palin & McCain formed a Corporation together on 2/25/08 (effective date of the Corp., who knows how long prior to this date plans were made to form this Corp). The Corp.'s name is the "MCCAIN-PALIN COMPLIANCE FUND". What's interesting about this is that McCain claims he didn't even meet Palin until 2/2008. Palin stated she was shocked when McCain offered her the position "just days before the Republican National Convention" at the end of August, 2008. So, why did they form a Corporation together at least 6 months prior to this? Something's fishy....

HI STEWART,

The day before the plane crash in Austin, we had an curious plane crash occurance here in the Bay area. A small private plane with 3 engineers from "Tesla Car Co." (makers of electric cars) here in Palo Alto (home of Stanford) crashed mysteriouly into a major electrical tower after take off from Palo Alto airport killing all aboard;landed in the poor black residential area of East Palo Alto; no one on the ground was injured, it knocked out 100% of the power to the entire city of Palo Alto for 12 hours that day. They blamed fog, later said may have been shots fired from ground??

Skin Issues

so I have been on wild root yam for 5 months now since my consult with Stewart and all is going great! symptoms are subsiding and its been a huge difference in energy levels as well, but have noticed I am having skin breakouts which is not something I used to suffer from. Is this part of the process? are my hormones still just balancing out?

Maybe its time to schedule a catch up consultation :)

Lastnight I happen to be in the living for a second and on the tv the winter olympics was on. I wasnt paying attention to the tv at all until suddenly I heard 'new world order' from a commentator. I looked at the tv asking myself, did I just hear that or am I hearing things? I knew for sure I heard that. So today I checked youtube, and what do you know? That was said. I'm thrilled that you are making Dr. Yu's products available on your site. I have been on his products for a while and Balance is truly amazing. Since using Lightening Storm, my t-bar has never been clearer or more defined! Before my t-bar was nondescript or not apparent at all and I was pleasantly surprised that it was beneficial in this way!

Is there a reason why you do not carry Serotonin Advanced? Because I've had mixed results with it. It says to take it before bed and it has kept me awake more often than not. Any insight you have will be greatly appreciated. As always! You're the best!
Stewart's Reply: Serotonin, if taken for too long, affects the pericardial sac. I prefer kava kava or valerian root.
Healing Energy

Stewart, yesterday afternoon in the hospital I used one of the healing techniques from HH (with permission) to perform etheric surgery on a loved one who was trying to pass a 5mm kidney stone which was causing excrutiating, unrelenting pain; thus requiring heavy & constant intravenous pain meds and other meds started the morning before. When I was done I noticed a visual energy shift in the person but I said nothing. No more pain meds were needed after that & the stone passed at 9PM last night. I don't know for sure if I truly was a conduit for help but thought I would pass the story on.

Hi Stewart, I have just finished reading your book 13 cubed and loved it it was so informative I was interested that you had written when some people doodle on paper what does it mean. I have done this for years and I always do a box or a cube I am unsure why, I draw a square and then another through it and join it to make a box I have seen me do this lots of times on the one piece of paper would you have any idea why I would be drawing a cube or box all the time.

Hi, Saw you Stewart on Matrix News recently, and fascinated by what you said. I looked out of my window on Saturday evening, after dark, and saw what I first thought must be a plane on fire. I rushed out back to watch its trajectory, from west to east. It looked like a ball of fire, in our atmosphere, which went in a straight line, then gradually disappeared - was this a meteor do you think? It didn't seem to be travelling that fast to me, more like an airplane would travel at that height.
Stewart's Reply: Without seeing it I cannot tell you what this was. It could have been anything from a meteor to test vehicle to a UFO.

Sarah Palin was not a bad governor for Alaska, even though I did not vote for her and was scared about her politics, she was fair. I think she is going along for the ride, and if she gets elected great but if not, who cares, she is in it for the money. She only made about 150,000 as a state worker (governor) and now she is making millions.

Hey Stewart, in regards to the war of words between Israel and Syria. It seems like that whole situation could happen very soon with Iran. I laugh whenever I hear it quoted as the holy land, no doubt much religious history is there for Christianity, Judaism, and Islam. However, there is much more going on there, nothing against Jewish people but I think Israel as a state is a front. Kind of like some corner store bodegas are a front for numbers running, drugs, and gun selling lol.

Thanks for the evidence about vegetarianism - I think it should be added if we do not take all observations and potentials into account, our manifestations will be less than the greatest possible. So vegetarianism, just like any other single source solution, is less than the greatest path. For instance, each chakra within the human body has a specific correspondence with a specific variety of food. If we take a whole area of food out of our diet, we are going to be less than we can be.

As for Toronto - I was up in Lake Huron at the time, just odd dreams in the hotel - I was being watched!

Hello Stew,

Just dropping by to share some more imprinting for this whole UFO invasion thing. In New Hampshire the state lottery just released a commercial for it's new lottery ticket. It wasn't even named anything having to do with UFOs but the video playing on the commercials was vintage UFO movie clips with ufos coming to earth. Interesting how once you break the matrix you start to notice every little thing. :)

Visualize the person, place or thing in front of you. See the cords or connections to you from them. Visualize a pair of violet scissors and cut the cords. The person, place or thing will fall away. Then put yourself in brown surrounded by violet to seal it.

Do this daily until there are no more cords. Voila!

Re/ Palin: The idea that "they" would choose Sarah Palin does not inspire peace of mind as to what "their" agenda might be. Can't be very good. Why would "they" not select instead Ron Paul or Denis Cuscenich (sp?)who appear to have a much better grasp of the evil perpetrators and are contesting them? Just read your comments on Sarah Palin and while I really distrust all politicians and their motives, I am not convinced she is all bad. I find her more open and convincing than most of the others. Is she following a strategy? Of course; but could it be she wants to be associated with "tea party" members because she believes there is a need for the movement. (not to mention a good exposure and following from like thinkers) I know I don't get the same negative feelings when I watch her on TV that I get from the others. Time will Tell.

Hi Stewart & Janet,

Yesterday at dusk my mom and I were driving south on hwy 400 from north of Toronto when suddenly there appeared this super fast flying golden ball(like a sun) that simply vanished into thin air. Stunned, we both asked if the other saw that. There was no way it was a falling star because of the trajectory and closeness to the horizen. It appeared to actually get a bit larger just before it vanished. Any ideas what that could be? Ironically this was just outside King City, Ontario where over 15 yrs ago I once thought I saw a UFO with two other friends in a farmers field.

Does it do any good to purchase health insurance? I spend $200 a month on my policy but I feel those funds can be better used on organic products and supplements, utilizing natural practitioners, or coming to your seminars. I believe I've become more proficient in preventing health problems and accidents by working with Oversoul and Godmind to keep myself safe and healthy. Fear is used to keep employees thinking they have to purchase virtually useless plans since claims are denied for "preexisting" conditions, anyway. I'm ready to let this scam go and refuse any government sponsored plan!

Is there a way to meditate safely without having your consciousness tampered with or taken over? By channeling satellite frequencies and other malevolent aliens. That try to prey on unsuspecting humans that meditate but don't use protection practices during meditation. Because once the consciousness is raised its easier to be found out through mediation. Disinformation and deception is rampant everywhere even in channeling. I just want to meditate peacefully without being bombarded by forceful channeling/mind control frequencies.

Austin Crash

A comment regarding the plane crash into the IRS bldg., in Austin. The plane flew so close to the ground it clipped a car windshield. Witnesses said the man appeared to be in a daze, which makes me question, was this a vigilante program trigger? He also burned his house to the ground before taking off. I know one of the members of his band and he reported there was never any indication of this type of insane behavior, in the past or as recent as the day before. I also question if more control will be enforced, in the name of gov't security?

Hi Stewart and Janet, In 2005, a foot reflexologist in Pasadena mentioned Dr Louie Yu. I was not able to get a consultation but at least one formulation seems to have changed since 2005.. CONGRATULATIONS for your discovery!
About the anger issue (MEDS, Feb 20), an imagery I recalled was Victor Schauberger's warning that rivers should not be dredged to 'straighten' them (Rhine dredged to disastrous effect), since bypassing (the bends) produces MORE turbulence, so the Circle of Willis vessels near the midbrain can 'lose' its branches much like an elderly tree loses its lower branches.
Janet's Reply: Yes, we are indeed fortunate to have Dr. Yu with us in March and April March appointments are 3/4 filled, so anyone wishing an appointment with him here in Michigan needs to contact us asap. Regarding anger: yes, cleaning does dredge up old issues and many people prefer to let sleeping dogs keep on sleeping. But this is like the princess and the pea story--no matter how many mattresses you pile on top of that pea, you are going to feel it and it is going to make you uncomfortable and affect your life.

So be willing to clean and be uncomfortable. That is the ONLY way to get yourself in balance. I know the feelings--been there, done that, and some days, still doing that. I tell people that it is like vomiting--no one likes to do it, but you sure feel better once it's out!

Do you know any specifics about the program of 40? Such as 40 years 40 days? It is in the bible, but my sense is that it is a lower astral contract. When I was young, my longing to change my life resulted in an awareness of "40". Of course I thought it meant age 40. Now 40 YEARS later, I feel myself getting free. It feels like a contract of enslavement I had to fulfill in order to be permanently free of some dark "ownership". It nearly killed me. I've been noticing this 40 idea in other places, and wonder if you have any ideas about this specific program? Thanks, you're the best!
Stewart's Reply: There really is no program of 40 per se. It represents a physical change symbolically that can be drastic. However, with the proper mind-pattern, it will have no affect.

every time I hear of one of these shootings manchurian style, I want to send a letter to the families affected, telling them what we here know is going on. I get tired of reports that say "we dont know why....etc".

In response to tamarind inquiry, tamarind is usually sold in Asian stores as it is a souring ingredient for Fil, Thai, Viet cuisine soups. In Asian stores, it is sold as an instant powder form, although not pure due to msg; as ripe pods, which is black, gooey and sweet; and unripe frozen pods. Picked leaves are also sold. The frozen pods may be the best bet. My grandma used the fresh pods in soups. Mash in strainer dipped in the soup, discard the skin/pulp.

I want a 2 hr phone consult. its recommended that i first read Hyperspace and Decode and view dvd. I own the books but as I mentioned b4 I am having trouble grasping simple concepts and I am an intelligent person, it just seems everything right now goes over my head. I just don't know what to do. I keep trying to get it by studying but get nowhere. Please help me. Also I would like to volunteer to help organize the archives so if someone is searching for a specific topic it would be listed in a guide to make it easier--once i am past my problem. Lastly what about the use of HCG, is it ok?

I read Janet’s article and the chocolate cake scenario really hit home wanting something so much doesn’t mean it is good for you.

Would one of the ways to recognise this be that if it is meant to be yours then it would be easily accessible, but if you want it and it is not meant to be yours or not in alignment with your Oversoul and God mind then it would be hard to access, but then ultimately whatever we want we get.

I guess my answer is how do we tell the difference between the good wants and the bad for you wants?
Janet's Reply: This is a good question and one reason I wrote Decoding Your Life. You must align yourself with your Oversoul and God-Mind to make these assessments. There are simple exercises in the book which you can easily follow so that when you get to bigger issues you have the process in place.

Sometimes things that do not serve your higher purpose are easily attainable as a test--will you take the bait or not? Sometimes things that do serve your higher purpose are more challenging to obtain--another test to force you to stretch.

There are always two sides to every story in this realit of duality--and multidimensional sides once you stretch yourself into that level!

Finally--these are the sorts of things I teach in my Winter and Summer Intensives--helping you realize what you are already doing and then helping you to fine-tune the process. Sometimes, you just gotta be there!
But in the meantime, continue to do your best exactly where you are and you WILL do fine!
Panic Attack

Hi Stewart & Janet, just a note to say my scan was absolutely amazing and I am using every single bit of advice you gave to me diligently. Which brings my question - what do you feel causes panic attacks? Today I had a full-blown, horrifying one while sitting inside a car wash that I've gone to for years. I have never felt something so scary and truly felt I was going to die. It passed of course, but since it came from out of nowhere I am very scared this will happen again. Is there a mind pattern that causes this to happen? I have never, ever had one before. Thank you very much for your time.
Stewart's Reply: These attacks are always triggered by something seen, heard, felt or somehow perceived that brings up a memory from the past that was traumatic.

You need to look at what was the precursor to the attack and then go into the memory and release it.

I wash shocked to see that Green tea contains fluoride, is this in levels high enough to be detrimental? Does this also hold true for white tea as well? I recall you saying that organic tamarind is the best for flushing fluoride, is this just eaten as is, or do you need to ingest it in some other way? Okay,that's enough questions for today.

Stewart's Reply: The amount of fluoride in green tea is small, but the way the tea is being pushed makes over use an issue. There is no trace of fluoride in other teas.

Tamarind can be taken in any way you like--as long as it is organic.

What are your thoughts on Feminism and Homosexuality. I am not talking about women's rights and the natural occuring possibility of homosexual attraction, but that radical Feminism movements, and in some cases the promotion of homosexuality may be, at times, be part of the illuminati agenda (divide and conquer, weakening of biological drive etc). This is in no means intended to be bigoted but I have read some fairly good articles on this recently and tend to think there may at least be something to it. Keep up the excellent work.

I have noticed in recent weeks a curious 'invasion' of Lizards [babies and adults up to c. 8 inches long] in the gardens and around my Nth Island [Auckland Province] property. In the past one would see the odd Lizard scuttering in the gardens -but nothing like the present 'invasion'. Anyone else in NEW ZEALAND aware of surplus Lizards in their gardens? My question is: should the Earth succomb to global programming, how would those who address and heal their mind patterns so mind control cannot take hold interface in society? Apparently a "source " who has been very accurate in the past has stated that an earthquake on the scale of Haiti will happen in north California next week Tuesday 23rd . This was reported on the Kevin Smith show yesterday . I am aware that you have been indicating this for some while and wondered if youve seen anything or seen some build up to this .

Hi Stewart, I've seen the power of "ultimate protection". My wife is Nigerian & her family is living in Nigeria (Benin). A few days ago, during night, a thief broke in their house (very simple house) & fired a gun but none got killed. Of course we expected him 2 come again, I explained the "ultimate protection"visualization 2 my wife. We surrounded the family members including the house itself inside the violet. Last nite they tried again & for some reason they didn't succeed 2 open the very simple wooden door. I want to thank you A LOT, 4 without your technique bad things would have happened.

I know this seems redundant, I want to open up my mind more so than I have. I want to increase my I.Q and information that I obtain. I do not agree with the malevolent ways of the reptilians but I know they are apart of us. And all the research I've done on them all acknowledge that they are brilliant and nasty bunch of beings atleast the higher ups are. Stewart's Reply: Remember that sea animals do not have the same physiology as humans so what affects us may not affect them and vice versa.

The flouride in krill oil is natural to krill, just like green tea also contains flouride. However, to humans, it will be harmful. To the sea life that consumes it, it is not.

It is not only found in Antarctica, but in krill globally.
Jaw Re-alignment

Hi Janet

I was interested in the treatment you are receiving for your jaw alignment. You said they take the teeth out and then replant them. Do they use the original teeth or do they use implants and does this process involve every tooth in your mouth. I have just had to have a tooth out it is my third in about 2 years. I seem now to be on top of my teeth however, I probably will need some cosmetic work. What do you recommend in relation to this type of work.
Janet's Reply: No, this is not what I said. I said that I am using a mouth splint which shifts my jaw and just recently I started braces to pull my teeth up out of the gums so that top and bottom teeth meet. I also am required to have massage therapy and chiropractic weekly to get the muscles and bones all in alighnment. I also mentioned that I have been at this for over 3 years with another 3 to go. I have been using the personal affirmations and have been sending the reds to my oversoul.I also notice that i have a lot of red stuff in my appartment that i keep on removing from view.What i don't understand is why i sometimes see black or other darker colours like dark violet,or dark brown or dark blue flowing up to the oversoul.Isn't red supposed to be the onl one going up?I have also noticed that this colours originate from my middle back.Strange!

Janet's Reply: The other colors you see releasing may be other colors interwined with specific experiences that are being released. Your back represents your support structure in life and your physical body has cellular memory--that is why the body has issues-residue/memory of specific experiences settle in specific parts of the physical body. Having been extremely traumatised myself several times as a child and also a young adult, I KNOW what happens to the sense of humor. After a person has seen the darkest side of life possible at the earliest age, it becomes second nature to be humorous. Like the flip side of a coin. You can't wallow in your trauma so you find humor in everything. I make people laugh just making comments in line at the grocery store. I get told daily that I should do stand up. Even my own son says it and he IS a stand up in LA. It's not to cover the hurt but to help others see things differently. Glow
Janet's Reply: Humor can be another way of diffusing trauma. It is great to be able to laugh at yourself, but it is also possible to hide behind humor as well. Everything has a positive and negative side.

I have been doing it everyday. Today, however, I felt a huge setback: I over-ate, and had horribly strong negative (anger) thoughts that "seemed to come from nowhere." It was weird, and I kept releasing them and they kept coming back with a vengence! I'm ok now, but could definitely feel their stronghold. I was alone most of today, and no stressful situations,so no one provoked me. Is this nornmal? Thanks!

It is what you know and can be a challenge, so instead of passing it up to your Oversoul, it can get stuck in your auric field and then you respond to it. That was great that you were alone and were able to work through these feelings and their repercussions. So rather than think of it as a setback, think of it as an experiential lesson that next time when it starts, you will recognize so you can stop it before it even starts. The first step in the process of Self healing is awareness--and now you have that experience and worked through it--congratulations!

Funny Gene

Hi, re the 'funny gene' post.

I foster traumatised children, who when they arrive just don't understand any humour at all. At first their main interest is trying to access sex and violence on the tv and computer games, (mirroring their life experience).
Few months down the line and helped into 'normality' they slowly pick up humour. I totally agree with Stewart on the fact they are the funniest people once the 'funny gene' has been tapped.
Incidently, my use of hyperspace techniques is bringing startling results so I was asked to train other carers.

The torch malfunction I believe was on purpose. 3 out of the 4 pillars were raised prior the lighting of the indoor torch. The torch was lit despite the malfunction and was lit after the minute of silence for the Luger. One day I had a dream viewing the earth from space ,half of the earth was covered in a purple/violet cloud. The person in the dream told me "the hate is spreading". I told a friend of this dream she says that purple/violet is the color of love...although sometimes I misunderstand my dreams because I do not analyze all of it entirely. Another dream I had I saw symbols in a film strip motion going from side to side...I could not understand them also they were small but yet readable. Janet, you had mentioned something about natural jaw realignment (I believe) one time. How was that done? My jaw is crooked to one side after years of grinding.

Stewart, love the total body workout. It was a smash. Didn't think I could get through such a routine but it's now my favorite. Good tip!

Janet's Reply: I have been working on this for over 3 years now! My jaw was physically damaged, resulting in the conventional diagnosis of TMJ. Health insurance pays for surgical repair, but not for realignment with a splint, which is the process I have chosen with my dentist.

Now that the jaw is in alignment, my dentist has started the painful process of gradually pulling my teeth out of the gums so that the uppers and lowers meet, 4 teeth at a time. This process is expected to take another 3 years.

If you are looking at this process for yourself, I suggest that you find a dentist or orthodontist (or combo like I have) who can put you in a jaw splint. My therapies also include seeing a massage therapist weekly to help the facial muscles adjust and weekly chiropractic visits to help the spine adjust. It has been a long, slow, arduous process with lots of intermittent complications.

All week the media was reporting on pending snow storm Wednesday in Boston area. Schools closed down, business were closing early in the day because of all the hype about this snow storm. Media reported 12 noon hit on Wednesday. At 5am Wednesday morning it was suppose to hit at 8am. Then barely a dusting of snow occurred in the area I was in. It did hit in the southern New England but it was like it was stopped dead in its tracks and sent into Atlantic. Lots of apologies on the news last night with no real explanations. Hi Stewart,

I am just curious about whether you and Janet had to go through the naked body scanners in recent travels? If so, how did you feel about it while going through the procedure? Maybe you are not phased by it, but what about those people who succumb to feelings of humiliation and violation? I believe this procedure is there simply to remind people that they do not own their own bodies, the state does. It is a way of raping people of their dignity. Please, can you give your advice?

Stewart's Reply: So far, I have not been asked to go through that. However, in Singapore you automatically pass through them without knowing. In Iceland I was sniffed by dogs.

Yes, such total body scans are an invasion of privacy and dignity. But, if there is no option,you may have to forgo travel to places that use them.

Staying in violet will protect you in the scans. You know, we are already so invaded in every aspect of life, this is hardly anything by comparison.

Hold in mind, a day is coming when all of this will no longer be necessary. Use Oversoul and God-Mind. When you tap into who you really are--no one can violate you.

Is this correct?

I left the Delta-T in the skull.
I first visualize Delta-T W/capped ends@ P/Gland.
I balance my T-Bar AM & PM in Royal Blue on the platform WITHIN THE STRUCTURE.
Then, I put the Brown Merger over the T-Bar...immerse in brown...out. Correct, or does the Brown Merger go on the outside of the Delta-T?
I do not do the Delta-T Antenna at the same time.

Of general anomalous interest this tidbit coming from Vancouver, British Columbia. Yes Stewart I know there is big black hole here but black holes have whole purposes when you can figure out what they are. Last winter 09 we had the worst winter ever. I thought I was woke up in Toronto. This year the exact opposite, fall to spring weather with one frosty day in December. Opposites merging just before the February 14 opening of Winter Olympics (Hmmmmmmmm). Government agencies on all levels are also calibrating to this date. For instance we can't file income tax until Feb 15 (lst time)????

Anyone else expirience anything(wierd-haha) last week? For days I was overcome by a Gaga song- in my head constantly playing over and over. I tried to release it, brown x it, confront it head long. Just felt like some sort of activation. Finally everytime it started I put a brown x on it and kept the brown merger at pineal! Perhaps I was stubbornly hangging on! Thanks for being unshakable!

Hi Stewart this is about the Gaga songs stuck in peoples heads. This happened about 2 months ago to me and its a part of ELF of course. It was her current song that was popular and it constant rotation and repeating in my head. Finally I had to flush with Violet, brown merger, and then used the Hyperspace symbols I find helpful in merging once again with my higher aspects, It was a heavy ELF bombardment. I usually know when I'm being triggered or targeted, but it seems they use her as a huge trigger, since she is a new icon.

I know of a few people that have had this happened to them.

Avoiding gaga songs is not easy. All in one day: At the supermarket queue I had to listen to most of a CD. Went for a quick coffee and Gaga background music.Rang a taxi and the waiting music was Gaga.Got home, put on the TV to watch a comedy film and there were 3 different programs with more Gaga, and new Gaga + Beyonce release. Even if you skip channels quickly the song/s stay/s. T-bar,release to OS, brown merger, violet bubble works but the music is "very" persistent,if with images as on TV, these also persist.

Loved this weeks MEDS.Really great!

In that scenario, there were other people involved. Do we draw people to us that will basically reinforce or enact our mind-patterns? And, if so, what of their own will -- why'd they agree to participate?

My recent serious attempt to attend your recent seminar in St. Joseph did not materialize for me again despite paying for the airline ticket in advance, daily exercises, I ordered the "Wealth" Healing archetypes ahead (in October) but they never came until a week before the class! Then my daugher goes into labor early and my mother nearly dies from internal problems but survives emergency surgery, which monetarily and time-wise made it impossible to manage. Is this my sabatog or a statement signaling that I am not meant to go? The very subjects I could use help on, were magnified again.Thanx

Hi I just wanted to mention to the person who is looking for a healthy diet but has read alot of scary stuff about raw food. Propaganda, I eat alot of raw food including sprouted lentils and beans, all types including the dreaded kidney bean, that we are always being warned will do terrible damage to our bodies if we don't boil it for hours before consumption. I have regained some significant health from this diet, And never got sick from raw anything, I choose meat carefully and don't take risks. I even have put my pets on raw food, and they are the healthiest I have ever seen them!
Stewart's Reply: We also eat live sprouts and fresh fruit. I do feel that meats and fish should be cooked somewhat because of bacteria. In a pure world, it would be fine. But on a planet like ours, with so many bio-engineered organisms everywhere, we need to take precautions.

I'm a person who happens to be recovering from alcohol addiction, close to 10 years now. I started in a 12 step recovery group and stopped going because I didn't like the the way they treat people sometimes. Not to mention the beaurocracy -I'm sure you can dig it. My question is, can organic marijuana be beneficial for meditation? I have smoked it in the past but I did it to get high, now I wonder if it would bring closer to higher understanding. Stewart's Reply: If you smoke too much pot, it causes chromosomal damage. Only accessing your mind will bring you closer to higher understanding. If you need a crutch to get there, it won't last.

I've read many articles about the dangers of vegan,raw foodist and vegetarian diet. I am looking for a particular healthiest diet I've never been a picky eater and I can eat anything bitter or sweet doesn't matter to me. So far the healthiest diet I've seen is a mixture of cooked and raw veggies with dairy but cutting out all the meat. But however I want to cut out corn,wheat,soy and milk because I have read articles that they can be harmful to the body long term. Because humans are the only mammals that drink milk past its infancy stage. Can you recommend anything?
Stewart's Reply: Of course it depends on your body and frequency. However, all humans need red meat and it should be organic.

Basically, if you stick to a totally organic diet of anything, it is beneficial.

Following up this discussion on foods & nutrient deficiency; Mahatma Ghandi had to forsake veganism because it affected his health badly & to the extent that he proclaimed that "...Anyone who advocates veganism for the Indian people is a traitor to India".
The Chinese believe that if you eat foods that resemble the organ in your body; it has curative & beneficial effects, i.e. walnuts - the brain, Red kidney bean - the kidneys, brocolli - the lungs pumpkin seeds - the prostate & red capsicum - the heart, etc.
Is this because they are harmonious with the archetypes of these organs?

Golden Altar

For the past 15 months I've been doing the Golden Altar daily on my mother (among other people) and tonight I had for the first time ever a relaxed congenial connection and conversation with her. And my heart felt so light after that! Only took 40 years to accomplish that . . .

I'd tried various other exercises before with little or no effect but after consultations with you both I took your advice to heart and followed consistently with GA daily and Inner child at least weekly plus of course frequent Oversoul communication. People, the Swerdlows' stuff really WORKS! TY!

I recently finished a book by one of your good friends about the conspiracy and saw your name in it, which directed me to your site. Thanks for all the information that you provide daily through the Q&A and In the News section.

As much as I want to read Blue Blood, I don't think I can stomach it- as I was left very unsettled by the MKULTRA/mind control and childcare/brainwashing portions of the book- not for lack of belief, but I'm etremely mentally visual and empathetic. Is the Blue Blood DVD a little less harsh? Same question on Montauk DVD vs. the book.

Now it's reported by the same people who in the '70's recommended exclusively, raw fruit & vegetables, to add dairy, eggs & some meat to one's diet. January Personal Intensive

Awesomely beyond words is what I have to day about the "Healing Your Hurts" intensive! I HIGHLY recommend anyone who is serious about DOING this work to attend one of Janet's intensives!! For me it was like spending the weekend in a battery recharger. I came out not only recharged, but with my frequency upgraded and with a much clearer focus, intent and integration of my true self and this world I live in! Thank you Janet for loving & giving us so much! Thank you to each one who was there and a part of my healing process!! We truly are only One.

Lately, there has been a lot of talk about assisted suicide all over the media in the UK, and I was wondering if this was supposed to trigger people to kill themselves. Or is it more to do with desensitizing the masses to the idea of taking their lives?
Stewart's Reply: Both. They want the programmed people who have become liabilities to off themselves. Plus, they want death to appear as "normal" whenever you want to do it. Makes sacrifice ritual more acceptable in the future.

Hello, my question is about the brain waves. I have decided 2 months ago to buy a meditation "kit". The kit contains 3 cd, with 3 kinds of brain waves mixed with some "environnemental" music...
I would like to know if there is a "danger" using this kind of "technology" to meditate. I'm a neophyte in this topic and i tought that this kit could accelerate my improvement in meditation. Was that a good solution???

It seems people are surprised when Stewart's answers seem contradictory to what they consider truth. Using the google advanced search (click on link) I performed 2 searches, finding 2 pages containing the word Haiti and 7 pages containing the word Africa. May I suggest when one is surprised, even curious, do a google search and become aware of Stewart's/Janet's positions, contemplate, and consider from where they speak. Then consider why you believe as you do. Then we're more interested in your well-thought out comments. And thanks to the Swerdlows for providing us windows into the unseen.

I think that some readers forget that this is not a forum. It is not to argue and fight about what is liked or disliked. It is to ask and get an answer. They may not always like my answers, but I would hope that they are not here to judge, but to learn.

I am also learning. I have moods, ideas, opinions, like everyone else. We live in tough times on a harsh world. The answers are not always pleasant.

Stewart's Reply: There is no contradiction if you read it clearly. He was drugged, placed on the cross, taken down and revived after a bit and sent to Kashmir. The drugs, body fluids and energy fields created the image on the shroud.

Programming blockbuster. Having recently watched Avatar (rather late) I am convinced this is mind control. As may be expected the story anchors us with some truthes (god mind/spritual theme, alternate worlds). Then we have the dragons, which are viscious but can be placated/save us from nasty humans. And in the end we want to 'go native' with the aliens. Big flying dragons/reptilians(ships?)are on our side+join the aliens for salvation seems to be the subliminal message. New world religion anyone?

I was a bit disturbed by the Grammy's Sunday nite...alot of showing of brute Military type force between Elton John...that wacko Gaga and then Beyonce with all the black military...weird experience...very suprised the way they paraded men in black military garb and the severed arms on the piano with soot on the faces of Elton John...what the F__k!! How could he sell out..and Taylor Swift??!! ugh..where has our good music gone..OH YEAH I AM DOING AN ALBUM IN FEB CALLED BABY BOOMERS...;)...the old music way..being I am 52...going on 22...in a good way..but the grammy's disgusted me...H
