Hello again! I hope you have a safe trip to Antarctica. Best of wishes and still loving your work.
I'm quite concerned about the sea lions leaving San Francisco. My question is, how bad will the damage be from whatever is to come? I kept hearing for the past 4 years that California would sumerage if an earthquake were to ever occur (which I am assuming is going to be soon), but I never paid much heed to it assuming it was a scare tactic. Will all of California be affected? I live about an hour away from San Francisco, so haha, you can see my worries. Thanks =)
Stewart's Reply: Read my work about all this. California is on borrowed time. All of the west coast west of the Rockies is in danger from either quakes or volcanic activities.

Releasing!

Hi Janet, I had a consult with you Dec 11th over the phone. I have been doing the release work from the book I ordered 'Decoding your life" and have been taking Wild Yam supplements. I haven't done anything else major and have noticed that I have loose stools/diahrea (sorry TMI). Is this due to the side effects of release work or the wild yam? I feel healthy and well and noticed that I dropped a little weight without trying so hard. Thanks so much, I feel like I'm on the right track with the releasing work, visualiztions...and it's only been 2 weeks!

Janet's Reply: Wild Yam usually takes a while to build in the system--several weeks at minimum. However, you can always stop the Wild Yam for 7-10 days and see if anything changes.

However, in general, it sounds like your release work is working! Decrease your liquid intake a little, try eating some brown and/or wild rice, banana, and even a little potato to help slow the process to where you are comfortable. Clear chicken broth is good to replace lost minerals as is one tablespoon of molasses 1-2x per day.

Stewart's Reply: Organic eggs, meat and fish. Drink organic black coffee with raw organic honey in it. Have organic juice or milk.

It really depends on your needs and configuration, but this is a general idea.

I finally tuned into the conspiracy show with Jesse Ventura and have to say it's pretty good. Tonights episode is about secret societies and guess who was on the show? David Icke! He didn't say much though; nothing in regards to the 'real' controllers of the world - reps/Illuminati.
I cannot believe this show is on the air though. They touched on many sensitive things. We NEED to get YOU on there! :)

RE: movie eyes wide shut, the location is supposed to be somewhere on Long Island, they flash the exit off the main highway, in the movie and it says Long Island on it, and Tom Cruise has a hefty cab fare to pay., cause I guess he's come from central New York., but also instructs the cab driver to wait for him.

Stanley Kubrick died shortly after this movie was filmed.

If someone feels they have already learned what they need to know in this life is it okay to want to start over? --I see the truth rubbed in my face subliminally everyday. I see people getting rich with your techniques. I do all the work daily, and I see no change in my finances. I already had a consultation.... Why does it take so long to get what you need? On top of all that, with this whole "alien invasion" it feels like time is running out and the work seems pointless like I'm on a schedule... yea yea victim mentality, so much logic... Does emotion play a role in God?
Janet's Reply: When you have experienced both positive and negative aspects of your life, then it is over as you now know it.That is great that you are seeing people getting rich with our techniques! Now it is your turn to practice what you are observing in others. Everything takes as long as you want it. What is within you that believes that others can have it but you cannot? You have to really get into your foundation, take it down, and build something new. God-Mind allows all things. Whatever happens in the outer world, you do not have to participate in it if your mind-pattern does not allow it.

Just want to say that I understand your frustration but as long as you have progress one way or another continue. I have had the sensations of change and end of the world etc. but no matter what happens I intend to outlive it, become the master of my own little world and hence take control of myself again. The world around you may fall but with your own strong foundations and techniques provided by Janet and Stewart you can overcome it. Continue the work and things will change, slowly or fast depending on your current structure in life. Good luck! :)

On Jesse Ventura. My 21yr old Grandson asked me if I knew about HAARP. He said he had heard a disturbing show on t.v. I discussed some of the technical aspects of HAARP, but was very gentle and reminded him that he will begin to hear many things that may upset his reality, but to not be afraid and so forth. I told him the rabbit hole goes very deep, and that I had taken the 'red pill' but it was up to him how much his curious mind would search out these events.Personally, I find Jesse kind of diatribeal like Alex Jones--- flaunting that negative kind of energy while disseminating the info.

One of your readers talked about black robed Scientologists? Well,Tom Cruise & Nicole Kidman's movie, "Eyes Wide Shut" distinctly showed ritual stuff. There is this place they would go, and it looked like it was filmed in the same park like area Shandra Levy was found. This gated Stone Mansion where they went in black robes and masked faces seemed very 'real' to me. There could be no other reason I knew except I intuited that it was evil,immediately when they first visited this place.My whole body shuddered, then resonated the truth. I 'knew'this was a REAL place where REAL rituals happened.

I was just wondering where the archives were between June 2005 and March 2007? I did a Google search (that a reader just posted)for an answer to that question, but I could not find one. I read the abutting month's archives (May 2005 & April 2007), but no answer. I am still avidly working my way through the archives, but I am still back in 2002. It takes me about a day to read a month or two, sometimes three.
By the way, that brown color therapy is simply awesome (free download on your site). You are the real deal.
Janet's Reply: The archives from this time period were withheld from us by the webmaster we had at the time, along with much of our other work--we lost about 2 years of our online work as a result of our incorrect choices.

But on to my question:I am currently residing in California, am attending a community college, am 18, and I have no idea where to transfer for a University. I feel like California does not hold me like it used to, and I am drawn to studying either in Canada or Santa Cruz. Stewart's Reply: Psychics are not all channelers. You are confusing two different functions. Reading a person's energy in front of you is very different from getting info from some spirit entity or alien that takes control of the body.

Stewart's Reply: I'll answer that by relating a story I heard from a woman in Tallinn, Estonia. She was asked which occupation force was better for Estonia--the Nazis or the Soviets. She answered by saying--that is like asking me which death I would rather have, a stroke or a heart attack.

Regarding Avatar, I thought you should know there are key 'Scientologist' actors in the movie, and lo and behold, Harry Palmer was a scientologist for 15 years before finding the Avatar movement www.avatarepc.com. The movie has a nice spiritual element to it, and its 'blue' filter has relevance to the 'possible' future. Don't forget to violet protect, but felt this is a nice change to the disaster type 2012 based movies currently out there.

How many 6's can you get? Correct answer for me is seven, and look have neat and nice the last three are just coupled together with a symbolic string. Just really obvious when you look at it once, or perhaps twice.

My main man Stewart! I was asked to go to church lastnite. I decided to go to see if I can learn something and boy, I sure did. You mentioned once how everything at mass wreaks mindcontrol, and man youre right. I sat there objectively observing now that I understand things and I clearly see it. I was using the brown merger constantly and had my UP going with my UP archcard. But yes, has all the MC elements there. But in the end, it all teaches people to look without instead of IN for guidance; that in order to be saved, someONE has to save you. So backwards isn't it? You taught me alot.HapApr!

Now I'm confused about 'going to brown'. The layering with brown I get, but I had always understood that 'going to brown' meant filling the energy field with brown to ground whatever work has been done. This is what I've been doing for some time.
If it should be some other way, please clarify.
Stewart's Reply: It depends on the exercise. You end all exercises in brown as you mentioned. In some visualizations, the colors are layered. You are doing it correctly.

I noticed, after a partial hysterectomy of just my uterus, that I had an uncontrollable "sadness" and cried w/out reason for a whole day... thinking that I had "missed out", that the relationship I was currently in, was "less than" the romance you dream about.
I had a co-worker who also had a hysterectomy and she said she cried uncontrollably for a time, as well. What is the mind pattern associated w/the uterus or loss of?
Stewart's Reply: It is a mind-pattern where you no longer feel you can be creative in life. This will, of course, bring up feelings of sadness and loss, which yo have felt.

A Norwegian newspaper named VG writes that CIA had secret prisons in Lithuania(?) to avoid American legislation. By arresting the prisoners in one country, then transfering them for imprisonment and interrogation in another they legally avoid the American jurisdiction.

They of course have other camps in countries such as Poland and Romania and the prisoners are believed to be linked to Al Quada which we all know doesn't exist. This comes from the national assembly which investigated this matter and the defense department and minister claism they didn't know about it! Link is in Norwegian.

Regarding medicinal spleen: On May Day '09 I was used in a "hunting game" along with an 8-yr-old girl. At the end, as the black-robed man, KKK style, was leading me off, I looked back & saw that they had trussed up the girl & were roasting her over their bonfire. Besides the horror and trauma of the situation, I remember thinking they were using an unusual way of preparing her for cannibalism. It wasn't a practical way to "cook meat." This spleen business, or something like it, makes much more sense.

Religious Healings

Hi Janet

I've been to different religious events and have witnessed relatives with drug addictions being completely healed from their vices during prayer sessions. If religious institutions are mind control tools, what or who makes the healings possible?

From my understanding, it takes time, effort and personal work to heal our mind-patterns from harmful addictions. So why would people all of a sudden experience such things without putting much effort? I don't get it. Is there a particular book that explains what's behind miracles? Your feedback is much appreciated. Thank you.
Janet's Reply: People can be cured of their addictions by opening up another alter. For example, there are documented cases of people with MPD (Multiple Personality Disorder), where one personality is allergic to one food, but another one is not; where one is diabetic and another one is not, etc.

In general, religious "healings" can be anything from closing one alter and opening another, to the person focusing the mind so intently that he/she brings the new mind-pattern to fruition. While this may appear effortless to the outsider, on the inner levels, the person would have been working at full throttle.

Miracles are really only natural laws not understood. Start with my Decoding Your Life book to learn basic Universal Laws that work for everyone. Then, you can build upon this knowledge.

In regard to news of the day, I was talking to an elder years ago in my community and she talked about some of the fear during the early 1900 in Northern Laos, where some "Chinese", not sure which group, were going around capturing people who were alone. What they would do to the person was roast them alive until their "Spleen", I believe if I translate it correctly, would be enlarge. And then they would cut the person up and take the spleen for medicine. I know these are sensitive information, but I hope sharing them can open people's eyes to it in order to stop it. Thank you.

Regarding organ harvesting in China, this still goes on. Nowadays it's done on prisoners: mainly on live Falung Gong practitioners it seems, as they are in good health. There were some great people that lived that were very knowledgable about Mind, etc. However, alot of these people attracted illnesses like cancer and died at a fairly young age. I was wondering how can someone with great understanding as them fall victim to these? Robert Collier comes to mind bc he over came cancer realizing it was Mind that cured him thus inspiring him to become an author on these subjects. Then later down the line, he got it again, not sure what kind and passed on bc of it. I guess it was still in his matrix, dormat. Any thoughts would be great.

We got dumped on with heavy Snow in Scotland, nearly 2 feet in places. More is on the way. Yipee! While not so much a thing in northern scotland still exciting is as it does not happen every year. Now I just need to run outside naked in the virgin scottish snow!! But enough about my fantasies! Seriously, I think my fun childhood years in northern scotland and the amount of snow then sometimes almost like the Americas is coming back. With the global cooling going on I'd say an ecological incident is on the horizon as nothing grows in such conditions. Global warming was never an issue.

Read the posts re Toronto&Ont.,must say I've been there recently, the place feels like a police state.I know small kids who go to school there &they've been brainwashed @ school to think Lake Ontario water is safe to drink.I remember the days when they released studies that showed there were approx.750 chemicals founds in the water.My frequency is supposed to match the place,but all I felt there,was stress and anxiety,won't be moving there.Besides it is the only place I ever get speeding tickets,People drink&do drugs alot to release stress there.the place has become very uncreative and stuffy.

Happy Appreciation Week! I followed alternative news sources for Copenhagen. Hundreds of poor countries struggling with the effects of "climate change" came with the hopes of having their voices heard. They left very angry and frustrated by the arrogance of the West over no binding/attainable outcome. I'm confused. Why didn't the West seize this opportunity to "exploit" more? Was this simply to "harvest the energy" of so much disappointment? You have often said nothing makes it in the news unless allowed so would you comment on the "leaked" memos? They definitely added fuel to the fire.
Stewart's Reply: The main idea of the conference was to scare people so that each government could impose its own regulations for control. This is not the end of the scam.

But, at the end, there was weather sabotage from outside sources that made all of them look ridiculous. So, now they need to go home and make a new scam plan.

Weight Issue

I understand to correct something physical, like being very overweight,for example, you have to correct the mind patterns behind that. Anything physically manifested starts in the mind via mind patterns.
What about someone who gets barriatric surgery to lose vast amounts of weight? They get surgery without doing any of the releasing work to correct their mind patterns. What would happen?

Hi Stewart,

I was just wondering what your opinion is on water fasting? I recently finished a 30 day fast on nothing but water. I felt good, slept better, depression I'd been dealing with went away, some physical problems I had went away, and now I'm wanting to complete a longer fast starting around the new year. Is this ok for the body/mind in your opinion?

Stewart's Reply: I do not believe that such a long fast is healthy. In my work on health I describe how fasting should be, 1 to 3 days at most.

Thanks for the consultation. So much information to digest in just such a short time. A friend in altnernative healing sent me this article about a study in Germany where men who stare at breasts live longer. It even goes on the say that men over 40 should stare at breasts for 10 minutes each day. Even if true for the stated mundane (sexual response) reason or a metaphysical (nurturing) one I suspect this is disseminated in order to help redefine sexuality for New World Religion purposes. Even knowing this it makes me want to sign up!

Hello Stewart,

Are you aware if there is some new air surveillance program going on in Toronto Canada? Tonight my neighbourhood was circled by a small plane and a helicopter for 3 hours. The plane was not spraying chemtrails but it seemed to put off a bad energy that made me feel so awful it almost forced me to leave the house.

This circling has happened sporadically since September but only on Thursdays from 5:30 to 8:30 pm. I've asked neighbours about it but they don't seem to notice, which is quite strange. Your insights are much appreciated.

Hi Stewart,

These hyperspace techniques are so incredibly effective! I'm just at the start of my journey with them though. Today I got completely overwhelmed with the cold and the physical and mental tiredness I felt. It's like my ex-girlfriend used to say: "tout mon corps fait mal!" which I always found hard to imagine. So I understand these are signs it works, but do you push through or take a break from the work when this happens?

I can confirm what the other person said about the Virginia Tech area. There's some strange energy there and it's very negative. I had a headache the whole time I was there and never slept. Plus I had terribly depressing feelings.

When I left the area, the headache completely disappeared after about 10 miles out of town. I wouldn't recommend anybody go there.

What do you think of the timing regarding Cameron's new flick 'Avatar'? It feels as if things are being rushed for 2010. It also feels like THEY are afraid of how quickly humanity is waking up and expanding. Even watching the trailers I form a totally different opinion than what tis intended. Like we, humanity are going to see this movie for what it really is, the opposite of what they desire.

Stewart: Did you hear that Shari Lieberman died? I just read in Dr. Julian Whitaker's newsletter "Health and Healing" that she died at aged 51. After further research, it seems that she died of breast cancer. It just doesn't make sense to me that someone who was an advocate for alternative healing through nutrition and who wrote and spoke about it, would die like that.
Stewart's Reply: She must have been resentful of her nurturing in life. No one is immuned from mind-patterns, whether or not they are alternative healers.

I recently traveled thru the area where Virginia Tech is locately in my trip across the country. I had a very difficult time in that area. Very Very strange energy and plus I was triggered in the strangest way. A truck in from of me had a picture of rabbit. I was blocked in by other trucks and could not get around it. I was about to fall asleep on the highway. Only because of the help I got from oversoul was I able to get thru the area. Anyone traveling thru that area please use heavy protection. I just got a new tattoo and developed a small rash around the area recently. It looks and feels like a heat rash. I'm using ice blue on the area though and its calming down. I even applied a bit of castor oil around the area but not directly on the tattoo.

My question is, Is it okay to use castor oil directly on a tattoo??? If not what alternative ointments would you recommend???... Since you have tattoos.
Stewart's Reply: Do not use castor oil on a new tattoo. it will pull out the ink. Use virgin organic coconut oil or calendula cream. Believe it or not, applying raw, organic honey will heal the area.

Hi Stewart, great show last night. Regarding a person's eyes turning black. You probably have received notices from other people who have seen this, I will add my experience. In 2008, in a meditation group, a 1st generation Italian women about 30ish, did the flash of black eyes (the whole eye including the white), and her face changed too, for the worse. Do not recall how many minutes that lasted. I know she does not like me, but do not know what I did or said to set her off (it was one of times I was being tactful and in control of what came out of my mouth).

Military Facility' at the top of Wonderland Ave. in Laurel Canyon? It says it 'closed' in'69. Sounds like Montauk West-considering all of the musicians that made the largest impact on the Strip Scene were from influential military families. Frank&Gail Zappa,David Crosby,John Philips,and Jim Morrison's Admiral Dad from Tonkin Gulf fame.Can't imagine the movies made there!

Sometimes I'll just pause in my dream, and realize "hey i can focus my mind and fly". After that I'm zooming all over like superman. No one else can fly, just me. This might lead us to the mysterious origens of "the prez". Under "Selected Articles" click on "Previous Editions" then "July 2009". Just past half-way down click on "Aka BHO (et al): "Who's Your Daddy?" IMO this entire issue is stellar but this article takes a new direction. IMO, the untimely death of the author a few weeks later lends credibility. I'd love your opinion & that of your readers. Thanks!

Well now you've done it! The recent issue of MEDS suggests under the heading SUICIDE: "Make a list of everything that bothers you and across from each item note what you think this might mean about yourself." Well in my case top of the list would that it has always been hard for me to find and keep a job (no matter what the economic situation). What this might mean about me? Possible answers: THAT I'M A LOSER? THAT PEOPLE DONT LIKE ME? How is that supposed to make me feel better? I really don't see the point of this exercise, it's making me mad & depressed as hell!
Stewart's Reply: You have low self-worth issues with obvious self-sabotage and self-punishment. This is why you constantly lose jobs.

Remove the mind-patterns of abandonment and victimization. Do the Golden Altar release work, grow up the child within and do Oversoul communication.

KGB burning Hitlers body.

I just read an article about the KGB burning Hitlers, Eva Braun's and the bodies from the Goebbels family in 1970. This was recently declassified by Interfax, Russia, because they got a hold of documents from the federal Russian security archieves. A group of KGB agents got the task to burn the bodies in a secret area in Magdeburg and thrown into the river of Biederitz. They did it to avoid the grave of Hitler from becoming leaked thus making it a Neo-Nazi ground of worship.

This just seems to be really strange, what would be the reason for doing this?

Dear Janet&Stewart, So glad you're back Stewart. I was wondering if either of you saw the new 'study' about smoking vs. obesity. The study concluded that if you quit smoking, it really only cuts off 4 months of your life expectancy, but because you eat more, the ensuing obesity takes off a year, so i.e. keep puffing! As if that wasn't strange enough, later that day as I was reading '13 Cubed' (WOW!), I decided to take a break and flip on the tube for a weather check and 'The Dollhouse' show had just started. Ask yourself why you need to take anything artificial. That is the key issue.

Santa Claus Myth

Dear Janet,
What is your opinion on the Santa Claus myth? I have a soon to be seven year old who recognizes, practices, and questions spirituality more than most. He still believes in Santa.
I intend to tell him the Santa myth is an exercise in challenging one's perception of where abundance comes from.
This will be the last year I can tolerate withholding the truth from him, if he doesn't find out on his own.
Janet's Reply: Santa is actually an anagram of "Satan"--a stranger in a red suit who you let in your house who determines if you have been bad or good?

This is a tough one because now you have to tell your child the truth after years of deception. I highly recommend that you tell your child the truth THIS year and not wait any longer.

You have to remember that when a child relies on a parent and then finds out the parent has been deceptive, this can shake your foundational relationship.

You need to be honest about everything so your children trust you NOW, and this includes the Easter Bunny or any other myths that you have been perpetuating. Now is the time to do damage control--I suggest you not wait any longer!

I have the same issue with my child and this whole santa thing, except I am honest with her about who santa is but then find that the world around her eg her school and family members an so on perpetuate the idea, she is only 3 so not something you can explain 100% when the rest of the world is pushing the idea of santa on her. In her mind santa gives her presents what’s not to love, how do you balance the family appreciation idea with the belief of the rest of the world when it comes to your children without causing huge turmoil around xmas holidays?
Stewart's Reply: You just have to be straight up and honest. Otherwise, you are enhancing the false imprinting that will stay with the child forever.

I told my kids from the day they could speak that Santa was all bogus. Who cares about reconciling with the false belief system of the world. Your child is more important that worrying about what others may think.

My son had been questioning the logistics of Santa and I was SOOO ready to tell him the truth -- just needed the extra encouragement. I told him I hadn't liked the idea of deceiving him, but that I was ready to share only truthful wonders with him from now on. And yes, the Easter Bunny, Tooth Fairy (have I missed any) were all included. His verdict: kind of weird, but no problem, and I need to get to sleep now, Dad. Goodnight. Ha!

Emotional Connection

Hello,

Just wanted to get our opinion on my random thoughts. I've heard that aliens do not feel emotions like humans do. First of is this true? But adding on to that I feel like the ability to connect with your emotions is almost a guiding light in a world where all is possible. My emotions give me motivation, my opinions, my everything. I feel like it's almost impossible to make the wrong choice if you follow your heart and listen to your emotions.

Could our ability to connect with our emotions benefit us in some way that an extraterrestrial cannot experience?
Janet's Reply: Depends on the alien species, but in general one concept that holds people back is that they always "assume" that others think like they do.

This is why you have to go to the Oversoul level to objectively understand what is going on around you, rather than subjectively embuing others with your own thoughts and reality. Learn to do this and you'll get a lot farther along a lot faster.

Numbers & Car Crash

I have been seeing the following numbers 444 all the time back three months. I couldn't make out anything from it. And then the numbers change to 222 and 111 until 11/27/2009 when I had a car crash @ 2:20 a.m. Fortunately I came out of the crash with a broken neck, two broken ribs, my left leg in constant pain. During the crash, I had an OBE, where I reminded myself that it's not time for me to go yet and I need to come out clean out of the accident. When I research 444 it said new beginning. Can you please advise ?
Janet's Reply: The numbers may or may not be related to what happened to you. "4" has to do with physical reality. "2" has to do with duality. "1" has to do with new beginnings.

Accidents have to do with outer releasing of inner angers, frustrations, and bitterness. This can put you on a new path, although it is a tough way to get there.

Use this as a tool to create lemonade from your lemons. Visualize the color shiny copper in your bones to help them heal better and faster.

Read Healer's Handbook regarding the meaning of numbers. Do your release work so you do not manifest something like this again.

Started deprogramming & escaping from the matrix years ago & situating life to protect my family. Every effort I make is met by = or > effort by my partner to do the exact opposite: She denies that things are not as portrayed by gov't/media, can't see anything past the physical. Clearly things she will have to work out, but how does one manage this with joint care for children? The growing differences are tearing my family apart! If we split, I'll have even less chance of keeping my children safe from vaccines, media, etc. Truly sad times with sad results. Thx for your wisdom and your thoughts
Janet's Reply: As challenging as your situation is, it is still a reflection of you. The biggest challenge is to interpret these reflections so that you can work on yourself. You have drawn a teacher into your life, so learn where you are about YOU, until the situation either changes or naturally drops away. Leaving one situation to go to another similar one (because you'll get the same thing, just different package) is futile. Stay put, learn, and be grateful for the lessons. Once learned and YOU change, life changes. Stay strong!

Would it be successful to do release work using the Golden Alter Exercise for unknown persons?
For over six months I have been doing release work for all family members and all known persons whom may be the cause of my self sabotage issues and feel the release work is successful for all known persons however I am still haveing the self sabotage issues.

Dr Harwas from Egypt...NEVER trusted that guy. Always had the feeling he was keeping things from us. I think they have found the "Hall of Records" a while ago an now maybe say in 2010-2012, they reveal it.(wishful thinking). Also, I watched Jesse Ventura's Conspiracy Theory Show(pretty good), I think you should get on there. The subject..911, where they interviewed a Retired Fireman who spend 258 days at 911 site, and said they DID recover 3 of the 4 black boxes and that the "Hijackers" were actually in the cockpit PRIOR to take off...and now the FBI is silencing all the witnesses..surpise!

I have an 8-year old granddaughter who loves God and wants to learn everything she can. I have taken her to a church, but am becoming uncomfortable with the communion ritual, as I have also been teaching her Hyperspace beliefs and exercises. Your seventh Day Adventist revelation prompted me to think perhaps we could go to Jehovah Witness, instead --as I do not think the former is anywhere near here.I would greatly appreciate yourtelling me what to read with her as she is precocious and her parents have not allowed her the freedom to explore God. Janet's Reply: All organized religion is ultimately about mind-control and programming, although there is useful information within them when you know how to sort through it.

We do not go to an organized church. We learn from everything around us.

For people who do go to church, I tell them to take from the church what they can and leave the rest--the same as I tell everyone when considering the information that we share.

I started teaching my boys Oversoul/Hyperspace techniques from the moment they were born, so your grand-daughter can certainly understand. You do not have to "formally" educate her --teach her about life from her everyday experiences. If she goes to church, use that as an opportunity to discuss what she thinks, what the church thinks, etc.

There are lessons absolutely everywhere, ripe for the taking.
Green-Blue Beam

Here is more evidence of Blue Beam Project Testing.
This article speaks of a "Green-Blue Beam" that started rising from behind the mountains of Norway and began to circulate to create what looks like a giant Hypnosis spiral in the sky. This looks like a big sign showing that we are or soon will be under mass hypnosis by means of holographic imagery and also that they will soon follow through with their plans for the Staged Alien invasion.

Norwegian Swirls

My question regards the Norway swirl in the sky. Your answer was quite cryptic – “This is preparation for what is to come.” What does that mean? Are we to see lots of swirly lights in the sky in the future? What, in your opinion was it? Do you believe that this was a Project Blue beam trick to sew the seed that aliens are opening portals over Norwegian towns? The missile story here is such an obvious red herring designed to trigger speculation.
Stewart's Reply: Yes, I see that it is Blue Beam. It also shows and interdimensional portal as a vortex. This can be part of a "presentation" being tested for future display. We are seeing more and more of such aerial shows in various parts of the Earth.
More Sleep Paralysis

I know a lot of individuals with sleep paralysis experiences. Many do see dark figures coming on top of them. Some see them almost every night. I've had some experiences without seeing anything, but it does feel like you're powerless when this happens. For my experience, I felt it was my mind doing this. It'll be good if the public would talk more about these things to help resolve them.

Janet's Reply: That's because there is actually something there! People are purposefully put into a state of sleep paralysis for programming purposes. But, even if you can't move physically, you can still move your mind--flush the room in violet, silver, and gold.
Call in the Golden Winged Lion Frequency to help protect you. Use your Brown Merger/Self-Integration archetype at the pineal, and balance your T-Bar, etc. You can stop it, but you have to use your MIND because you have already given over your physical body.

I just finished reading a Rand report on the plan for a "Stability Police Force" for the U.S. What really caught my attention is this: "These challenges include creating the ability to establish basic law and order, as well as defeat or deter criminal organizations, terrorists, and insurgents. In some cases, allied countries may be able to fill this gap". This is really scary.

Heavy Metal Test

I took a heavy metal test to check for toxicity, and discovered that I have an excess of Cadmium in my system. I've been doing the usual detoxes, including Blessed Herbs and Sea Salt baths and just wondered if you have any other suggestions?

Depending upon your level of comfort there is always chelation therapy--knowing what I know, I suggest IV chelation over oral, but you must have a good health care practitioner who knows what he/she is doing so you do not deplete the body of too many nutrients while you are in the process, or overtax the system which then can throw you into an even greater deficit.

In an earlier post one of your listeners brought up her feeling that SATAN was not an actual entity. If I remember my classes with Stewart (1999); there is a Indian Sanskrit word 'sa-an', and the letter 'T' which is the "T-Bar" that tries to balance the left (Ego side) and right (spiritual side) brain,designs the word Sa-T-an. So.."in-Satan" transcribes to 'insanity'. I found this fascinating.Ever since, I have studied Etymology and the origin of words. Under-Active-Thyroid. This is one of the most Under-Diagnosed problem, especially in women. I have been trying to get mine regulated for 6 years now and am still not there! A Naturopath originally found it, because, unlike Md's. they have the correct 'test ranges' and also read them properly!However, I have researched the Thyroid gland for years, and you have to be in-tune with your body and lis5en to it; because conclusively, mine has told me all along that I needed my T-3 bumped up, where as Dr's think your body makes its own! This is not always the case.

Obama in Norway

On the link below you see Obama being welcomed by our prime minister here in Norway and on the way in you can see the Norwegian flag and the US flag with a golden fringe on it. The fact that we actually put up the flag that included the fringe shows the symbolism that we accept the US as a dictatorship by maritime law. If I remember correctly the golden fringe is used in military and maritime law to denote what laws are in place under the use of the golden fringe.

There is a movie called Return to Oz that is from my childhood that i just rediscovered I have had memories of this movie for my whole life and somehow I always thought I dreamed it or made it up because my memories didn't seem real. I believe it gave me nightmares as a child. A few weeks ago I was able to find out about what has been haunting the back of my mind for almost 20 years. With regards to alot of people leaving the planet I have noticed this year alot of people have been diagnosed with terminal illness or have died. A work colleague an I were talking after finding out my brother inlaw has colon cancer along with a mother inlaw who has throat cancer and has not had a very lucky treatment, grandad with prostrate cancer reoccurring and a few grandparents dying anyway well my work colleague said he has been to 3 funerals this year alone. We are both in our 20's

For me this shows that something big is about to happen and some just don't want to be around for it.

Long ago, a therapist I greatly respected told me that when you are drawn to a partner, your intelligences are "equal" and you are not at all likely to be attracted and have someone as a partner /life-mate/ spouse who is not EQUAL to you in intelligence. I am intrigued by the programming scan and the possibility I might be programmed. The only symptoms I recognize are depression and an aversion to fans. In regards to your response to the Facebook question, you said that the people in charge already know everything (about us, I presume).

Do you mean that they can tune into our frequency signature? I have noticed what appears to be a mind-pattern that I should stay "under the radar" because perhaps I know too much and may be targeted. However of late I wonder if I am only sabotaging myself from my full potential by hiding my light under a bushel, so to speak, and holding onto some vague fear of persecution.

My GF had a dream last night where she was conscious that she was dreaming, then suddenly found herself on an operation table, having brain surgery done by ETs. They were surprised that she was conscious and shortly after she was "thrown back" into her same previous dream.

When she woke up I showed he the pictures of ETs from the True Blood book and she identified the ET as a Sirian A.

Was this really just a dream? And do we have dreams to cover up what we really get up to, like a narcosis? Sleeping here in Geneva has certainly become weird lately...

Janet's Reply: Thanks for sharing. This is one of the reasons why I have my one child, soon to be two, in a conservative Seventh Day Adventist school--the school does not allow dances, teaches against alcohol and drugs, and talks extensively about what Satan does to keep you from God.

Well, the Illuminati worship Satan and does its best to turn you away from God and toward Satan. My child is being taught about the subliminal messages in music, video games, and other material designed to sexually stimulate --one teacher told about nude figures in frozen ice cubes and the word "sex" imprinted on Ritz Crackers--which the teacher verified some years ago by looking at a Ritz Cracker through a high-powered microscope. In addition, they teach about the Waldensians (my heritage) who were the TRUE Christians because they fought against the pope who established idolatry in churches.

Interesting stuff that I never would have thought I would find in embedded in any religion. So, as I have done, keep your options open --you never know where you will find the truth and you don't want to miss it when its staring you in the face. My son and I are having some great philosophical discussions because of what he is learning in school.

I've discovered that a part of my issues is feeling very lonely. I find it difficult making friends because I share no interest in most activities that people engage in, such as sports, clubs, partying, politics, music, tv, and many other things.

I've found all these activities mundane & a waste of time. The metaphysical is what interests me, & not many like talking about the broad topics this subject encompasses. Is it bad not having interestes in what most people engage in? Should I force myself into these activities to make friends?

Abnormal Heart Rhythm

If a person has physical implants, does working on the Mind Pattern using deprogramming techniques "deactivate" (if that is the correct term) them? Janet's Reply: Deprogramming helps to deactivate them as well as counter triggers. Sometimes,if you know where they are, using castor oil over them can actually pull them up through the surface if they are inorganic OR they can mentally be dissolved whether they are inorganic or organic.
Handler Programming

How do I know if the controlling abusive father is programmed or activated, or neither?

Janet's Reply: What you are asking would require a scan, including complete birth names and birth dates of everyone involved.

This could be anything from his own issues, programming, simultaneous lifeline influence, outside influence (such as astral or ELF), triggering, etc.

If you are the person being targeted for the abuse, you cannot stop him, you can only change yourself so that you do not draw his actions to you.

If you are not the target, then perhaps this person has things to learn that you cannot see. This is why you need to go to the Oversoul level to understand the big picture so then you can decide and KNOW the proper course of action.
MMS Nausea

I have a question regarding MMS that may be of interest to others as well. I have been increasing the dosage daily and have had horrible nausea after 6 drops. I can't seem to increase. Could this be too much for the system? I was also told that we need 1 week off after using the product for 3 weeks? Do you have any suggestions?

Janet's Reply: You have to listen to your own body. If you have horrible nausea at 6 drops, then your body is telling you that yes, you need it, as you are detoxing, but you are going too fast for what it can handle.

Take a break for a few days, then start again with one drop. Stay there for as many days/weeks as you need until you feel like you can handle two drops. Again, stay there for as many days/weeks as you need and then increase to 3 drops.

This is not a race. It is about listening to your body. When you get to the point where you don't need it, you will know what to do. Listen to your body and to what YOU know is good for you.

Addictive Behaviors

Dearest J and S...
I'm curious about a few mind patterns. If you can, please shed some light on these.
What are the mind patterns behind:
- Smoking
- Depression
- Dependency on other people for happiness

My reasoning behind these questions is because I have recently quit smoking (3 or so months ago) and am still craving them like nobody's business. As of late I've been feeling like the world is growing smaller around me, hence the depression question. And finally, my significant other seems to be dependent purely on me for happiness.

Janet's Reply: Smoking--grounds people. You can also visualize the color brown to help. Without the grounding, you are feeling your emotions of unresolved issues so you are depressed. This leads you to depend upon other people for your happiness because it is not coming from within. Therefore, you are searching without.

I began about two weeks ago writing affirmations on a daily basis. It is the first thing I do when waking up and the last thing I do before going to sleep and I am feeling the effects already. Some of my affirmations concern becoming healthier and I find myself simply not bothering with sweets etc. and I have even begun eating more and more fruit! I can not stress how blatantly easy this is and how it is a great start and a great end each day, getting a good start and removing the baggage at the end!

Potty Training Results!

Dear Janet,

A week or two ago, I wrote you about issues potty training my daughter. Two days after reading your reply, my daughter was potty trained and out of diapers during the day( we haven't attempted night training yet). I think that my daughter can actually will herself to go to the bathroom so that she can get some chocolate as a reward.

Your advise was great, and I could not believe how quickly she picked it up.

Maybe we can get you to write a tips on parenting book.

Janet's Reply: I'd love to write a parenting book. It's on the list! For those of you who want to say training her to a chocolate chip is a bad thing--this is what I did with my two boys and they outgrew it.

They used the potty and they were into other things--eager to get back to play and soon forgot to ask for the chocolate chip. I stopped offering it, they only got it if they asked, and eventually other things became more important than the chocolate chip.

Congrats to you and your daughter! Don't wait too long for night time training. Put a plastic pad under the sheet at night. Realize that she might have an accident or two or few, so keep plenty of clean sheets and an extra plastic pad or two handy. But strike while the iron's hot! She won't like being wet and she'll start having few accidents, just like you noticed in the daytime. Put her to bed in regular pajamas and "big girl (cotton) panties."

Don't make a big deal out of the accidents, simply objectively and calmly draw her attention to it, and yes, give her the chocolate chip at night--just be sure she rinses her mouth out with steam-distilled water every time--as she should be doing in the daytime.

My boys always (and still do) had a water bottle to carry with them. Made/makes them independent and they drink plenty of water.

My daughter in law is diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome(PCOS ) & Hyperplasia complex with atypia.(already pre existend cancer cells) The Gyno prescriped the drug(protedrium 100mg - is like a chemo to the uterus),she even said that to her,if they would have children she would recommend a Hysterectomy for her. I just want to say about the Hysterectomy comment, my mom had a Hysterectomy she was so sick but after going through the procedure found out that it actually did more damage than good its now 10 years down the line and she is suffering from a collapsed colon all sorts of complications she also found out from years of research that the medication they put her on actually fed her fibroids & not controlled it. Its sad an it makes me mad how they can remove a women’s ability to create it’s like removing a piece of the women’s soul.
Janet's Reply: It is very sad what they do to people--we are compliant and willing research fodder. This is why we must question everything instead of immediately going to fear mode. Once you reach fear mode, you are willing to do anything to assuage the fear.

If people stayed centered and balanced, regardless of outer circumstances, they would question and recognize the idiocy of what these researchers want to do to them.

Without proper training and tools, easier said than done.
Suicide Questions

i am confused because you say if one commits suicide then one would have to come back and learn the lesson all over again with another life but at the same time you say god mind allows all things so if we suppose that we make an agreement with god mind or as i prefer to call it god and we enter into this contract if you will and ones life is so unbearable that one decides to negate the contract and leave early we have to come back again and get it right but if god mind allows all things why then do we still remained controlled
Janet's Reply: God-Mind does allow all things, including suicide--otherwise suicide would never happen.

However, God-Mind is always in the process of balancing Itself, so therefore anyone who does this has to learn the other side of the coin to balance out what he/she did.

It is best to stay with the known and work through that rather than go into the unknown and start all over again.

Leaving this Earth plane does not change anything, because wherever you go, there you are. You take your issues with you, which are now compounded by the act of suicide so you have one more thing (BIG thing) to work on out top of whatever happened to push you over the edge in the first place. No physical body, but same issues plus one more.

I ran across an article about Santas who are at "high risk" of exposure to H1N1 since they are in contact with many kids. Of course, the CDC highly recommends ALL working Santas get the shot. Just another ploy to add yet another "high risk category" and aggressively push this vaccine. Seems like there's a category for everyone! More high risk categories= more people getting the shot. I'm watching the hyperspace and oversoul basics dvd. I am trying to do the DNA exercise. When I was about 12 my dad opened a restaurant next to UCLA called my pie (with the symbol of pie). While doing this exercise, I keep flashing back to the UCLA letters. The C and the L are the most prominent. Should I continue to do this exercise?

I've noticed a lot of people talking about suicide lately and I do believe that there is a physical reason for this issue.

Food allergies can affect not only your body, but your brain. Gluten and Wheat are some of the biggest offenders not only in humans, but in your pet's health.

I know that food can affect your mood tremendously and knowing what affects you in a good and bad way can help to alleviate suicidal feelings.

Herpes Healing

Hello Stewart and Janet!

Just have something to share with you guys. The other day I had a herpes simplex A wound on my upper lip and to treat it I have tried to clear the wound with dissolved sea salt, where I would bath my upper lip for a couple of minutes in the liquid, and which, frankly, was not without pain.

However, instead of the usual 8-9 days of healing, the wound healed off completely within 2 days! On day 3, any signs of there having been a wound in the first place were gone!

Thought that might be of interest to others! Thanks fo everything you guys do!

Janet, About the robot hand news, the day one-fourth of the population gets a robot interface -will be the day when the younger generation either accelerates its break from the older generation in despair (passing over), or puts all his/her savings on an intergalactic journey to start anew.
What's the purpose of synesthesia (multidimensional feedback) when you can grasp a fruit but cannot feel the texture of a fruit??

Hopefully when such a group as Virgin InterGalactic starts, Expansions will be there to boldly go to another frontier (yes, even if there's a crowd waiting there already!)
Janet's Reply: It is possible that because the robot is linked into the nervous system, that the hand may actually be able to "feel."

Janet's Reply: Facebook is one of the current "social networks." I'm there because I like to know what's going on in the world. By participating in the frequency, I know what the frequency is.

As far as what to post--imagine your grandmother reading it and what would she think? In reality, the people in charge already know everything, but it is easier if you hand it to them on a silver platter. No one is forcing you.

Imagine if you received a notice that said:
You must now post all your pictures on the Internet for everyone to see; you must post your most personal thoughts and experiences; you must post as often as possible. People would run screaming.

As a "social network" everyone can't wait to participate! Brilliant!

Killing Wolves, Elephants & other animals

Last night I turned on the t.v. and first thing I saw was a person showing how to shoot an elepant in the head to hit the brian to kill it. Then turned to another channel and they are talking about the ban lifted on killing wolves in Yellow Stone park! Then even antoher channel and they were talking about killing animals. Then I read your earlier comment about the killing of 200,00 animals in India.

?What is this about? How can we best offer blessings to the animals on our planet? So sad.

I'm happy to report that after only using the Brown Merger Archetype a few times (and without really believing it would do anything) I had a dream last night that signals integration to me! About the dream: I was sitting in a therapy session with about 7 other men my age. Some of them were telling about the problems they were experiencing and their despair and I was acknowledging them by saying 'I understand that' and 'I can imagine that'. The therapist however stayed silent, just listening.

I am sure the men were my different alters, do you know what the therapist would represent?

There is a VoiceGym protocol by a woman (uk)where "she has established a multidisciplinary network, involving cranial chiropractors, osteopaths, orthodontists and dentists who are voice-aware, so as to provide answers for singers".
However, tongue training (SDB etc) are often neglected in people who do not work in a singing voice, which I have just found in an understated training link. (I just got it)
Ps. My understatement of the year --Janet, you know me! I now recall how "mouth breather" was a polite metaphor for slow thinke. More to follow, but I cannot post them here..
Janet's Reply: It has long been thought that "mouth breathers" are not as smart as "nose breathers"--the reason is that the nose is designed to filter the toxins out of the air, thus less toxins in the brain means a clearer tool for which the mind to function through.

I have a lot of "face" knowledge, having gone through jaw realignment for the past three years, including muscle realignment, chiropractic work, extensive vision therapy, and my son's orofacial myology and more that I won't even bother to mention.

This woman is not that far off the mark--as the physical body is an interconnected unit. To heal or balance, there is a protocol process. Working in one area throws something else out of balance, and so forth.
My experiential knowledge has taught me more than I could ever read in a book!

She is working on the "full meal deal" and has the correct idea.

For example, my daughter was born 3000 miles away from where I was born, so would her frequency places be different from mine? Visual Aid

Hi Stewart and Janet,

I have so much trouble trying to do hyperspace work. When I close my eyes or try to meditate I just can't hold concentration. One thing that helps me is if I draw the visualization or exercise. Is this actually helping me or do I need to perfect visualization first. For example for the Golden Alter exercise I was having so much trouble. Then I drew a sketch of what my altar would look like and since then I have been able to picture it or at least look at the picture for the exercise. Is it effective to draw what I should be visualizing?

Face Pulling

Regarding the Castor Oil question: I, too, used them on my face as a moisturizer at one time, and other than my eye area, my skin broke out in acne. Same with organic coconut oil. Regardless of how thin or thick I applied them - I still break out. I believe impurities were being pulled out, but I couldn't continue as I need to face the world daily and I looked like a leper... might scare people away! But one should continue if they are able to.
Janet's Reply: This is entirely possible--as I mentioned, the oils pull the impurities out of the skin.

Hello Janet!

Gradually exploring and applying the techniques and information that I have learned from you guys, I've now observed a more consistent mental stability within myself, allowing me to discern the best paths for my true self. Working on releasing the past has helped the most for me. It's still tough sometimes, but I'm getting there!

I have a question: Would someone who bites the skin off of their lips habitually have a mind-pattern of lacking confidence in what he/she has to say?

Janet, I am somewhat confused (when explanations on what Moonchild ritual is are made) that a lower astral entity is attatched to the soul personality. Do you mean that the entity is attatched to the core star of a person itself? (what you said in Decoding Your Life as our spiritual self looking like a star)?

Isn't our real core self too high vibrationally for this to happen? Or am I missing something?

In general, most significant people in your life travel in together, working on similar issues. Most likely, after he settles in on the Other Side, he will have contact with you. He will also have to deal with what he has done and the grief that is left behind. He may not have a physical body, but as I say, "wherever you go, there you are."

He did not leave his issues, he brought them with him and complicated them. Hold him in your prayers and ask your Oversoul to ask his Oversoul to send him the help and blessings that he needs at this time. You can ask to communicate with him through your dreams. Eventually, most likely, he will be around and most likely, you will see him.

Again, my condolences. These situations are never easy. Do not expect to get over this quickly. Take your time. It was his choice, there was nothing that anyone could have done, as he was determined to go. Do your forgiveness and release work on him and on yourself.

hello, I was wondering what it means to sit with legs stretched out in front of you and crossed. Is it something like telling people you are busy thinking things over and are not fully open to conversation. As in the left and right are crossed in front of you blocking entry? Also, there was an article in the new york times this moring about an extraterrestrial commission being set up in denver to welcome the extraterrestrials and to ensure they are treated with respect! It of course failed to mention why they are suddenly expecting an arrival or any explanation whatsoever, come to think of it.

Janet's Reply: Alkaline eating has its merits, but with all things, moderation. When the body maintains a proper pH, then the pathogens cannot live in the system; this is why it can then heal itself: Detox and rebuild.

I have a gently used water alkalizer unit for sale--only 200 liters processed and I am considering all offers. You must not use the water when you eat or with medications or supplements. The idea is good, but for my family, the protocol was not doable.

As far as red meat--that depends on the person and his/her digestive process.

San Diego

I just read in your "In The News" section what you wrote about the military activity in San Diego. Unfortunately, I live in San Diego. I live just north of the city and last week I was driving on the freeway when I came across about 20 army tanks headed down to San Diego. It was one of the strangest things I'd ever seen. Usually if you see any military vehicles like this, they are being transported on the back of trucks, but these were driving along on their own. There were also men in uniforms up on top by the gun like they were already at war. This fits right in with what you wrote.

My nephew passed away today from suicide. He was depressed after a divorce and losing his job. Is there anything I can tell my brother and my mom. How do I make sense of this? It seems so surreal.

Janet's Reply: I am so sorry to hear of his passing. Many people are choosing to leave this reality at this time; many of them are quite young, relatively speaking.

As far as telling your brother and mom--there is nothing you can say to make them feel better. I am sure they are going through guilt and "what I could have done to prevent this."

The best you can do is to be there to support them, let them know how tragic this all is, and ultimately your nephew made his choice to learn in another way.

On the Oversoul level, tell your nephew to look for the violet and gold lights to guide him.

There are some examples of how well this works--look at the Gardasil vaccine for girls that was legally mandated in Texas--the people rebelled and that law was revoked.

A few years ago the small pox vaccine was being imposed on the people--even the healthcare workers wouldn't take it, and that stopped.

Swine flu vaccine? Not seen as dangerous as small pox and Gardasil, so people are reluctantly taking it when their jobs demand it.

The best thing that young people can do is work on themselves, be an example for others, be productive, and restore the work ethic.

The certification program is based on our DVDs and seminars. This is a long-distance learning program that anyone can take, pass the tests and be certified to teach our methods.

That is given only here in St. Joseph and is a week long class where Stewart and I teach you how to do what we do, including the scans that are listed on the site. Abortion

Abortion question again. My daughter wants to get one and doesn't want to tell her boyfriend. I'm going along although I don't agree with abortion unless rape or incest however I'm thinking too maybe she ought not tell him. She already has a child from him and he doesn't agree with abortion. Do you think she ought to say something to him? He works but they have no insurance & she lost her job and only works part-time and they live with his family.

Janet's Reply: Abortion is a tough question. I have never met a woman who has had an abortion who does not feel guilty.

If your daughter is of age, then this has to be her decision. Perhaps she believes she is doing the best thing that she can for this unborn child--letting it go so it can have a better home elsewhere, or come back to her at a more stable time.

Perhaps the fetus is not viable, and she is doing what it wants; perhaps the no soul hooked onto the fetus; perhaps the soul only needed a short bit of time to complete whatever needed completion. The list could go on and on.

Without a scan, I cannot suggest what to do. If she doesn't have the money for a scan that is because she is supposed to trust herself on this one--and I think you should also trust her at this point. Rough decisions and choices all around. Best of luck, and whatever happens, it will be for the highest good of all involved.

Castor Oil Side-Effects

You talk a lot about castor oil, well I tried it on my dry skin and psoriasis, and results were bad. Had been using 100% emu oil, good stuff, but I ran out and needed a temporary replacement. Tried oil for my skin 1 other time, vita-E; too thick, messy. Castor was similar, very thick, and while it did add some moisture, my skin was worse after several days of treatment. also, its awful stuff to clean up. prb goin back to emu oil soon, what are your thoughts on the stuff? any other good animal oils? sources/links? btw, no side effects from absorbing the emu energy.
Janet's Reply: I'm not sure what you mean by "bad." If your condition worsened, then it is possible that the castor oil was pulling debris from the skin, which ultimately makes the condition look worse, but it actually part of the healing process.
